The bedroom had some cigaret smell and sometimes the front desk area smelled a lot like it too.

A small family hotel, which looks a bit old-fashioned and aged (especially the lift!), but which is pleasant for just one or a few nights. No breakfast available. Very friendly staff. Good air-conditioning, superb cleanliness and comfortable bed. Super close to Roma Termini, which is why I booked it.
The bathroom is like a walk-in wardrobe, but it was clean and functioned well.
There was a step leading out of the bathroom, which was clearly marked as a hazard, but you could not see that coming out of the bathroom. I twice nearly fell over.
