A good choice for a single traveller. Host Marco was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious as was bathroom (seriously, could get three people in the shower it was so big). Breakfast was courtesy of a bar just down the road and comprised coffee and a pastry. Close to Termini so easy for transportation or just walking around though area is typical of a big station and a bit rough looking but worked for my purposes as only 10mins away from Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Would stay again.

Location is good if you use the train or bus for the airport. There is no name of the place outside of the building. It’s in an apartment building’s 4th floor. You need to read the name on the bell list. Just use the address to arrive like you go to a friend’s apartment.
We stayed 2 nights and saw the owner once when we took the the keys.
There was neither toilet paper nor shampoo. There were hair on the wall of shower. Next day a lady came for cleaning with no English. I asked for shampoo, she gave shower gel.
We couldn’t use WiFi because we had forgotten to ask for the password.
The breakfast is given in a cafe which is 3 blocks far away and you are not allowed to sit down on a table but stand on the counter, and it’s only a cup of coffee and a croissant.
