Proximity to Roma Termini & easy to find. Very welcoming & smooth check in. Clean & comfortable room, good bed, great shower. Air con ideal as it was a warm day. Access to tea & coffee etc was very useful. Easy self-checkout for an early morning train. All good.

fantastic spot for a short stay - super close to the train station - super clean and comfortable beds - theres even a lift - easy communication with nico!
just remember it's guest house - originally a 3 bedroom appartment - now 3 x 1 bedroom with bathroom and a communal hallway/kitchen - not a bad thing, just something to expect...

It felt like a little hotel, we were super happy. Even we were able to leave the bags securely after checkout which was awesome as well as the constant communication.

Good location. Shared coffee and kitchen facilities.
Thin walls- we could hear the couple next door arguing.
