It was just so so but not comfortable for women

It fits up to 5 people inside

The location is just beside the construction site where you can see those labour houses right infront of you. We feel insecure at times because we were all women staying in that room. And it smells fishy as well since it was also infront of jetty where people transport all the fishes from the sea. Parking is not provided and have to park anywhere available.

Dirty Room. Broken Jacuzzi. NO HOT SHOWER.

Air conditioning was good for Semporna which is pretty hot.

Room wasn't clean when we checked in. Found some human hair on the floor and on the bedsheet. We expected a working jacuzzi but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was also dirty, they didn't bother to clean up/double check the rooms before their guests arrived. Some lights and switches were broken. There were leaks just above the shower room's front door. The mini-bar also wasn't cleared of (there were old tomatoes for some reason in there). Really bad value for your money, we paid good money for a good hotel room but in return we received something cheaper than a motel. No hot shower. Other guests shouldn't have to pay more if they can't even provide a hot shower. The photos you see can be quite deceiving.

Served a purpose. Could have been worse, and better

The aircon was working (but the control screen was damaged so you couldn't see the temp) It was close where I Needed to be early next day for boat to mabul (but it was next to a building site and a fisherman's landing.)

The bathroom, whilst cleaned, had build up of black mould on sealant and was actually missing grouting to the floor tiles therefor the floor was spongy and saturated, adding to the damp issues. The curtains in the room, as pointed out by my mum, we're the wrong was around so the guest inside got the dirty marked lining side of the curtain and outside the proper side, this added to "uncleanness" really it was clean just tired and in needs of a fixed bathroom. The room was quite small but perfectly served a purpose for 1 person 1 night. 2 people might be crowded The visa wasn't great, but did get a nice sunrise.

Hot shower pressure was really good. Very clean.

Smoke or cigarette smell comes into the bathroom from the ventilation shaff. The aircond when turn with fan at maximum too seems to dispense smell of smoke from prior occupants. At midnight the karaoke nearby is truly loud. And because it is next to a construction site, some motor sound is occasionally running throughout the night.

Location is near the seafest area. But still have to take a walk. Working pantry!!

Small balcony entryway. It is very budget lodge so not having high expectations. No hot water in the bath.

Stay in the room like cabin the ship but nice. For stagging a few days this place should be good. 😀

the property was affordable but the facilities not good enough as no wifi available & heater keep switching off so i

near to the town by walking distance

there’s no wifi available even though the router is in my room. the heater keep shutting off from the main box. the room space was small just enough to walk from the door to the bathroom. the window lock was broken and someone simply can enter the room through the window.

staff was friendly and close to tourism centre

booked a double bed room last minute because the hotel we were supposed to stay told us they were full (eventhough we’ve confirmed with them 3 times a month before). the staff led us to our room and let us checked in early. it was nice. the shower in the double bed room was the best I’ve ever experienced in Semporna. we moved to a family room a day after because we’ve booked to stay there because we’re going diving and it’s close to the tourism centre where our dive shop was located. the jacuzzi was nice but I would give this hotel a 10/10 if only the water heater worked well. overall a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful

The jacuzzi wasn't not clean. Curtain blind wasn't properly placed. The sliding door for the up stair not fully functioning.

- the cleanliness is acceptable - the shares kitchen is clean

- the security i feel like unsafe cause main door were not lock. It can be assess by anyone - located at the end of jalan causeway. Is inconvenient to go to the market and restaurant. - surrounding are construction site and construction worker staying areas.
