We had a fanily room with sibgle bed plus loft double bed - very convenient, and the beds were comfortable though there isn't much space. Hot water and air con were great. Breakfast with Secawan Cafe was a real plus.
The room is small, but there is communal space available.

You can use your room card for the building 24/7
The bathroom was mouldy. The ventilation system, in particular, was badly affected. Not that clean in total even under the bed.
