The beds in the shared room were really good, you have your own fan, light and mirror inside your pod. The hostel was very clean and well located (close to the Jetty).

I booked for three nights and then added another two because my room was so comfortable and the location is so good, close to restaurants and shops and food stalls. A lot of thought has been put into the planning of the rooms so that the guests have everything they need. I was very grateful for the shampoo after snorkelling. Also there is a welcoming shared space downstairs with a fridge, a water filter and plates and cutlery.
The staff were lovely, but did not know that I had to ask to rent flippers for snorkelling. If you want flippers, make sure you hire them when you make your tour booking.

A clean room with a comfy bed. Also a great location - very central. The shower seemed a bit improvised, but was fully functional.
Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. The employees I interacted with consistently came across as unfriendly and lacked basic courtesy. Simple greetings such as "hello" or "please" were absent, information was provided reluctantly, and even brief interactions felt unpleasant. Hospitality starts with respectful communication, and I would encourage management to ensure that staff are trained in basic standards of politeness and customer service.
