Good hotel overall, especially compared to most options in Semporna. The reception area is modern and the rooms are clean and nicely done. Staff were generally helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is still under renovation, with only part of it open. Air conditioning in the corridors doesn’t work well, and there was noticeable noise from the AC, which affected sleep. There are no breakfast or additional amenities offered. While most staff were good, one receptionist had limited English, which made communication difficult.

Really enjoyed my stay here in Semporna. The place is super cosy and the room was spacious, with a nice little balcony to chill at. Everything was clean, and the hot shower was honestly so good after a long day out. The TV was great too, with plenty of channels/apps to log into, and I appreciated the sufficient USB plugs and the hairdryer provided—small details that made the stay more convenient. It would be even better if the balcony had a hanging rack to dry clothes. Overall, a really comfy stay—would definitely come back!
Just a small area for improvement—the housekeeping team missed a couple of items after cleaning, like not replacing the floor mat, and a cleaning foam was accidentally left in the room. Nothing major, but something that could be improved for an even better experience.
