Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wasser und Snacks werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Balkon.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Etwas unbeholfen leider auch. Beim Einstellen des Tresor gescheitert. Egal. Da 24 Std Rezeption!
Die Lage fand ich sehr schwierig. Zwar hatte ich ein Zimmer zum Meer hin. Aber da darunter eine Wasserstraße und Fischrestaurants sind, gibt es einen Benzin-Fisch Geruchsgemisch. Ansonsten ist Semporna kein Ort wo man sich aufhalten möchte. Höflich ausgedrückt

The staff is super nice and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the location is good to be close by the pier where all the boats departs for the day trips to the islands around.
We did not have the change to use the terrace in the room since the smell outside is always bad, but inside everything was perfect

店是新开的，酒店其实存在不少问题，但老板娘人很不错，很愿意帮助解决问题，比如我第一天入住时遇到一个同为住客的一对夫妻，大吵大闹，说他们的房间下水不通畅等一系列问题，以及我所住的房子隔音很不好（我知道仙本那住在码头肯定会吵，所以提前问了酒店，只有酒吧声音和摩托声音，我可以忍受），但是我不知道的是，这两天每天晚上都有楼下潜店小黑搬卸氧气瓶的声音，包括摩擦金属架的声音，氧气瓶撞击水泥地的声音，氧气瓶互相碰撞的声音，都会通过墙壁传导到我的房间，从半夜一直到清晨，反反复复一直不停，第一晚凌晨三点我几次下楼去找潜店沟通，结果还是因为声音睡不着，导致第二天整个行程都没有心情状态和体力精神，第二晚入住前，我找了老板娘沟通，看是否能够解决这个问题，她人很好，帮我去跟潜店老板沟通，还帮我换了更安静的房间，态度和方案都是很好的，最终半夜的确没再有那种刺耳的声音，只是在第三天的清晨六点钟又开始有这种声音，还好我们要早起离开了，不然我的心脏真的受不了。
