Please note this is classic 3BR beach home; with a lot of bells and whistles; not a hotel. Although we have great cleaning and maintenance staff, there inevitably will be imperfections. If you are looking to give a low review or ask for compensation because you found imperfections, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an awesome Newport townhouse and a great price; this is for you! You will have our entire 1200 sqft ground floor townhouse all to yourself. It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit. Bedrooms and Bedding: Queen pillowtop bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. There is also a twin memory foam rollaway bed (stored in the closet) to be used anywhere in the home. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair that attaches to any regular chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows. Each bedroom has Bluetooth speakers and a USB charging station. AC/Heat Each bedroom has a window mounted unit + the living room has a portable AC unit. There is central heat throughout the home.
