Situated in Benidorm, this attractive condo for $48 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Building of private apartments for rent. There is no reception in the building. Our rental office is located 200 meters from the building in the ground floor of tower 1 of the San Francisco building in Av / Europa, 23 corner with C / Esperanto). The apartment, located on the Levante beach in Benidorm has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room with a maximum capacity for 4 people. Accommodation of 48 m² comfortable, with sea views (upper floors). Located 450 m "Playa Levante", 150 m from the supermarket, 50 m from a bus stop, 50 km from the airport "Alicante - El Altet", 5 km from the golf course, 8 km "El Albir" and is located in a lively area and in the town centre. Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long stays in winter. The apartments have towels and sheets and are delivered clean at the entrance. They have a complete bathroom, living room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a large terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron for the apartment (ask for it in our office). In winter there is an electric radiator. The kitchen is electric, has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has a kitchenware, dishes and cutlery normal for up to 4 people. The building has 2 elevators, swimming pool, surrounded by grass (the swimming pool is in operation from June 15 to September 15, except breakdown or vandalism). There is a communal car park in the building, with no guaranteed space for each apartment. There is also a private parking space for rent in nearby buildings - see optional extras when booking. Optional services (for a fee) are available in the apartment: Television, Wifi, safe deposit box, international channels (through the wifi service). See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights stay of customers). Apartments Alhambra is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has close supermarket, an area of restaurants and bars, is very close to the Levante beach and the center of Benidorm and has a very quick link to the road and motorway so the ability to go on excursion to neighboring villages in a fast and comfortable.

segun llegamos tuvimos problemas con el agua y con los colchones. A los 15min. nos vinieron a arreglar el agua y esa misma tarde teniamos colchones y somier nuevos quiza el acondicionar el piso para las temperaturas de la epoca estival y el aislar las ventanas por el ruido nocturno de la ciudad.

Excellent location. Good security so as a lone traveller felt safe coming and going. Well looked after by the agent Apartment could be updated with newer furniture and the bathroom could be replaced.

La ubicación , el parking , la cocina está bien equipada La Persiana de la habitación no funciona , y la cadena del wc hay que darle varias veces porque sigue saliendo el agua y no llena la cisterna al tirar

Very secure accommodation which is a bonus for travellers like myself who are on their own. Centrally located to many bars and restaurants. Any problems are quickly dealt with from office at Fincasarena

We have stayed at Alhambra many times 10D was very nice apartment and will hope to stay there again. Convenient location. Key collection is always good even when plane delayed. 10 D need shower head re-fixing as loose on wall

La ubicación En la cocina faltan muchos utensilios de madera ,espumadera , olla, cazo....sólo había una olla pa 12 ,en las sartenes se pega la comida.... Las almohadas malisimas En la terraza de 3 bombillas sólo lucía 1. Pocos enchufes

Lovely and quiet pool and garden area and as a female travelling on my own felt quite safe and secure. Plenty shops and bars in surrounding areas. Staff at key collection office very accommodating.
