excellent host, very helpful. fast and efficient WiFi. apartment is clean and comfortable. would like to come back.

Walking distance to Bologna fairground approx 15 min. Spacious appartment on top (7th) floor with roof garden, elevator and wonderful view on the fairground. Food and drinks for breakfast were prepared in a small refrigerator for self-service. The host was very friendly and supportive. Bus stopp and small bar just next to the building.

WIFI and coffee machine did not work.

The mini loft is awesome! I think it is really the sweetest location ever. Not only it is quite a perfect size with everything you need but also it is very very cozy. It has a huge window in the living room that warms up the whole enviroment and make the rooms super sunny and bright. The loft is at the uppest floor and has a wonderful view on the city. Basically, if you want to declare privately to your spouse you can do that from Anna's terrace hahahaha. Anna is a wise, funny, knowleadgleble and sweet person that is a delight and is always there to help, gives advices and solve issues...She knows Bologna very well and can provide you with a lot of informations. What else?? Ah yeah the breakfast is super! The living room has a nice sofa and a table with full optinal like a microwave, a toaster, a mini fridge, a boiler and some kitchen stuff so it is really like you can have a quick lunch or dinner in case you want besides the breakfast of course. Our breakfast included juices, jams, croissants, muffin, little cakes, many types of cookies, milk, yogurts, bread, butter, milk and tea, so I think I know where to go next time I am in Bologna.

It is really hard to say what was the not nice things about this stay because everything was so perfect! I had to book last minute a new stay in Bologna three days right before my arrival so you can tell I was in a hurry. Frankly, I was pretty desperate to find a place and I booked Anna's place because it had the best quality/price ratio but it did really exceeded my expectations. It so difficult to find anything I did not like from this perfect stay. Maybe, if I really try hard I can say that perhaps the heating fan didn't work that well when I tried to use it to warm up the living room because my mother was cold (I wasn't). So, I gave up and didn't really look into it, but Anna told me that I should have asked her and that the instructions to use the heating fan were on the table but as I said I did not put a lot of effort in solving this lateral issue, therefore it was mainly my fault...

I loved the convenience of being so close the Bologna convention center and also the proximity to the center of Bologna. Less than a 10 euro cab ride. Ana is a very nice lady and was even willing to drive to me work one day because of the rain. She is a very nice lady and will cater to anything you need during you stay.

Not much to write about the cons.
