La vicinanza alla fiera di bologna ,le camere sono ampie i letti comodi

La camera della mia assistente era molto lontana dalla mia ,bisogna cambiare ascensore per andare da un'ala all'altra dell'hotel e se ne deve prendere un altro ancora per raggiungere il garage .la mattina presto eravamo impegnati in fiera e per tirare fuori l'auto dal garage abbiamo ogni volta dovuto fare la fila in reception per avere il bigliettino.abbiamo ordinato un pasto in camera che e'arrivato freddo e quando abbiamo chiesto il formaggio per la pasta ce l'hanno portato dopo venti minuti .La colazione non e'all'altezza di un quattro stelle ,le cameriere chiacchierano tra loro e tardano a prendere gli ordini.Biancheria del letto macchiata e con in mezzo dei capelli ,nel bagno della camera singola non c'era alcun divisorio per la doccia .avevo gia soggiornato in quest'hotel altre volte ma adesso il servizio e'veramente scadente

A lot of one night guests so could be crowded around reception and noisy in hallway and that couldy be pretty disturbing … all together pretty pricey!

1) accanto alla testata del letto era presente un’ulteriore porta (chiusa a chiave) che divideva la stanza dalla camera accanto: i rumori (televisione, acqua della doccia) erano purtroppo ben udibili attraverso la porta 2) la doccia era completamente sprovvista di vetro e alcune volte l’acqua fuoriusciva e bagnava il pavimento del bagno

a causa del Covid abbiamo chiesto di farci un Voucher per rimandare il soggiorno. La struttura è stata rigida e non lo ha concesso. Mancanza di etica e senso civico

החדר הראשון ששנינו בו היה עם חלון לכביש רועש מאוד והמיטות היו מופרדות כך שהיה קשה לישון יחד. החדר השני שקיבלנו היה עם מקלחת לא טובה. הדוש לא עבד כמו שצריך והריח היה חנוק.

Convenient hotel for business trip. Clean. Good and polite staff. We had early morning check out, they give to us bag with breakfast.

Easy to find, free parking space and the distance from the old city centre. The breakfast was diverse and delecious.

The hotel totally met our expectations. It's modern, clean, and comfortable The breakfast was very good The facility has a nice outside breakfast area and convenient underground parking (but it's paid)

One old iron and cheap twisted ironing board for all the guests is something that you don't expect to see in a pretty good hotel

The receptionist was friendly, kind and extremely helpful with any request. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfy. Me and my family travelled by car and parking was available at the property. We were in Bologna for my graduation and the location was convenient to reach the university department by car (only a 10 minute drive). Breakfast was also good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very modern and comfortable room and bath. There is nice outdoor garden for breakfast.

Hotel is amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, they ordered for us pizza 2 AM)). Also very clean and breakfast is just amazing. We used this hotel second time, very close to our event Palazo di Congressi-3 min walking distance. We could also walk to the center-20 min walking. Highly recommended!👍

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Location isn't great, it's a large conference hotel on the outskirts. Lacks any ambience.

Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. Free WiFi worked well. Location is very good if you're visiting the fairground.

There was a problem with the window which meant that the air conditioning wasn't working at first. The shower wasn't that inviting, the rain shower head looked quite disgusting tbh.
