Elena was super helpful, check-in was quick and easy, and the room was very comfortable, well-decorated, and clean. Not so close to the city center, but great value for the price.

Very nice place

The host is a winderful person, very helpful and nice. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is big. Everything is clean. The breakfast is in a nearby cafe where the local people eat.

Convenient room in an apt tower.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Easy walk from the train station and close to the Palazzo di Congressi where I had a conference. Was completely hassle free.

I like everything, but this place is not going to be for everyone. Make sure you know what you're getting into.

Everything! The host was great, it was very clean and new. There is a big market next to it and the bus stops too. It's 15min ride to the city centre.

There isn't anything that you can dislike about Mary's tower except that we expected more a hotel like accommodation.

The best position for Fiere Bologna

For me was the ideal position, at 10 min walking from Aldo Moro entrance at Fiere Bologna. Even very small, the room all new was perfect for me, because the very large and comfortable bed, with good pillow and matress assured me a great sleep. The owner - Mr.Ruggero was extremely kind, from the begining to the end: later checkin no fees (my flight belate more 1 hour), details concerning everything around the property etc The room was very clean, with a refrigerator filled costs included, nice bathroom and a great big terrace. Near the property is a COOP supermarket and the breakfast (coffee&brioche) in the classic italian style (not enough for those used to eat in the morning, but very good quality) was at a neighborough cafe - Java.

In general its a good place to stay. Cleanliness and staff service is good.

The location is really good. breakfast is ok. Not much option though.

Price/quality the room is just fine

A simple, clean and well-kept room. Towels and soap provided; the bathroom was fine. The bed slept just fine. The balcony was a pleasant bonus. The building was quiet. The host was very friendly, but could not speak English, so we communicated using some sort of sign language. Price/quality it was a very good (small) room.

Nothing worth mentioning. Price/quality the room is just what you need. The room is located a bit out of the city center, and therefore it was cheaper. So, if you want to stay within/close to the city center (walking distance), then I would recommend you the book another room.

Awesome stay, had a wonderful time.

Everything looked new. The apartment was perfect to sleep in. The bed was comfortable. It was also nice to be able to have a quick coffee before leaving the room. The breakfast is in a cafe 1 min from the place and was excellent, I even have the option of a cappuccino with soy milk.

A great place to stay in Bologna!

Everything is just as described and showed on pictures. Place seems to be new, recently renovated. Very pretty, comfortable, clean, has everything what is needed - small fridge, kettle, AC! Nice and tasty breakfasts in the very nearby bar included. Great contact with the host even though he doesn't speak English ;)

The place is located in some greater distance from the city centre (at least ~30 min of walk). I've already seen that on the map, but it's good to keep in mind while booking.
