The facilities were good and the staff were on the whole pretty good - particularly a female member of reception and the waiting staff at the other hotel.
The food was pretty poor. Very lacking in variety and an awful lot of bland, beige on offer.

We spent 2 weeks in the Playa Parc Apartments and we enjoyed it all. The place is perfect for kids and adults that want to truly relax. The apartments are spacious and clean, the pools are amazing, the staff is precise and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Our family (two adults, two children) really enjoyed the pools and the location of the apartments, a shortish walk to the beach. It was overlooking the pool, which was very convenient, and there was a nice little playground the kids could use. The property was mostly well stocked in terms of cutlery, pans, fridge-freezer, an electric hob, microwave, kettle and moca coffee pot. Lena on reception was really friendly and did everything she could to help if we ever had a query. The lady at the bar/cafe by the pool was also wonderful, very sweet and helpful. The pools were great for the kids, with slides and a shallow area for very young ones.
Unfortunately our air conditioning was broken in the bedrooms, and whilst it was definitely cooler than the 35 celsius outside, it was still 28 degrees overnight. As a result we all slept terribly, which affected our moods throughout the holiday. We did ask every day about getting it fixed, but they couldn't seem to work out what was wrong, and we weren't offered an alternative. The apartments are very basic and sparse, and could do with a little modernisation—some pictures on the walls would make them more cosy. There is no oven, but the hobs were usually enough to cook with. Could have done with more cooking utensils, scissors, a jug, among a few other bits we missed. The plumbing was a bit odd as the taps in the bathroom had been plumbed the opposite way round, which got confusing and meant my son burnt his hand. Weirdly, the toilet had been plumbed into the hot water pipe too. But we got used to these quirks in the end.
