Easy to understand instructions provided ahead of time. Clean and spacious apartment. Aircon + washing machine were great. Comfortable futons. Short walk to Shibuya and Ebisu stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. Good communication with hosts.
The walls are quite thin, so we could hear the neighbours talking, but we sleep with earplugs so it wasn't too bad. Wasn't quite prepared for how steep the stairs would be for the living and sleeping spaces - so bringing luggage up and down was kind of painful.

Clean and great location!
About an 8-10 minute walk to Shibuya Station and Ebisu Station!
Would highly recommend and return on my next Tokyo trip.

Clean and good money making machine.
Well the location was great the but the fact that the wall were so thin and after 10 pm we had to stay really really quiet, even tho we were just speaking in our normal tone and was unpacking, they still came and gave a notice saying we were too noisy and that was just the first night. I do not recommend this place. The beds were tiring to sleep because it wasn’t thick enough, the wooden platform actually sticks up into the bed so we had to wake up tired every morning.
