A spacious property with great air con and amenities. Location is fantastic, a short walk to shibuya central and next to some really nice roads.
There were no curtains in 2 of the bedrooms which made sleeping past sunrise a little difficult.

Host was very responsive. The location is convenient if you need access to one of the major subway stations in Tokyo. Still a 15 min. walk but ok. There are coffee shops and a 7/11 in walking distance.
Inconvenient late check in at 4 pm. The smell in the house was unbearable. Pretty rocked up and basic place with dozens of weird wires nailed to the walls. Suitable for a larger group of students or backpackers. As a smaller group or couple with certain standards don't do it. You won't use the upper terrace as it is some kind of tricky getting up and down and it's not available after 6pm. There is a school just a few meters away. " Entertaining" chimes start at 8 am.
