Overall an excellent apartment and in a great location.

Had everything we needed. Was small but clean and close to Shibuya

Advertised as balcony with a view but the balcony only had a view of neighbouring apartments. Bit misleading.

In an old building

The unit is clean. Beds are very soft and comfortable. Size is good for 4 people with 4 big luggages. Airconditioning available in the bedrooms.

The location not very close to the metro stations. The building is old and not kept well, with trash bags just thrown at a portion of the front area of the building. Smell of cigarette smoke on the corridor of our unit. Good thing the smell doesn't go inside the unit.
