A very nice place in the middle of Shibuya district. Very comfortable beds and well equipped apartment. We highly recommend it.

The location is incredibly convenient and close to so many restaurants and shops and true to name very close to Shibuya crossing. There are multiple restaurants and convenience stores near-by. Shibuya Station 150m away. This was our base for our trips around Tokyo. Even for walking days we’d anchor back to getting to the station and back to our room from there. Good amenities and Naomi is friendly.
It was initially a bit tricky to find late at night on arrival but sought help and found the right building pretty quickly.

An email was sent the day before with the code for entry.
The host replied quickly to any queries
1) This is a converted top-floor loft of some sort with the ceiling making all the pipes visible. Slighty upexpected.
2) There are a total of 4 flights of stairs - one from the ground floor to get to the lift , then 3 more to get from the 8th floor after you get out of the lift to the stairs. if you have heavy luggage, this makes it very difficult and huge risk of injury. Please consider this if booking and you have any luggage. I have a bad back so this was especially difficult.
3) There was a total of one coffee pod provided per person for the whole of the stay (we stayed 6 days). This was not enough and we had to go out and buy coffee ourselves.
4) The cups, glasses and other provided kitchenware was plastic and very cheap.
5) There was no chaning of the bedding or the towels irrespective of how long you stay. You were expected to launder everything yourself if you want clean sheets or towels
There is no facility to leave luggage on the day of departure. You have to find somewhere to store it, which is not really possible in Shubuya. This is after lugging it down 4 flights of stairs to get out of the room.
Unlike other places we had stayed in across Japan, the provisions were minimal to nothing.
A cockroach ran across the floor regularly
There were pages and pages of rules to read on entry.......couldn't really spend the time while on holiday reading all of them. not what you expect.
