Position and superb breakfast
We had a 7th floor room under family suites and heard children running up and down from 5.30am. Why put a couple in their 70’d under a young family?
Charging 40 euros to park a car out of season is just a rip off. There was no alternative.
No real outside area to sit. Quite claustrophobic in the summer

The location was ideal, the entire staff was beyond accommodating and made me feel special.

I booked as a family with two children, the second bed was not made up on our arrival, it lacked basic bed linen and did not have sufficient towels. The children were not permitted to use the pool and ordering food was clunky and staff were misinformed.
Lack of room set up by staff, lacking of swimming pool accessibility for children and misinformed staff.
