Everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is great, just 2-minute walk from the main bus stop and around 7–8 minutes walk to the town centre with all the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is open buffet with a great variety of options. We also had dinner (a la carte) at the hotel restaurant on both nights and highly recommend it as well.
The owner and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and looked after. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Amazing family owned chalet complete with steam room, sauna and pool. Adorable lounge area, fantastic rooms with great terraces. Lovely family staff. Incredible breakfast.

Location. Friendly helpful barman. Cleaning staff.
Chair in room described as an armchair. Was anything but. Daughter's room tiny. Shower did not have a cubicle, she had to pull down some screens like curtain blinds to use it. Some of the staff very unfriendly but manner changed dramatically at breakfast on the last day. Expecting a tip? Booked a meal in the restaurant for our last night. Woman in charge seemed to be changing the table we were to be given. Shoved into an out of the way table in an alcove away from the main parts of the restaurant. Bar didn't open until 6pm, no apres ski.
