Struttura nuova, pulita, clima di montagna super accogliente, camere spaziose e dotate di tutto. Parcheggio sia esterno che interno, comodissimo. Colazione non inclusa ma disponibile al bistrot, davvero ottima e prezzi super onesti.

La struttura è nuovissima, arredata con gusto. Lo staff gentilissimo. C’è un bar che permette di fare colazione/snack/aperitivi. La posizione è ottima perché permette di raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata.

The location was the absolute winner. Not in the city of Courmayeur but around 20 min. walk. Surrounded completely by mountains. Many hikes to choose from. Stunning views every where you look. Great size of the apartment and especially the balcony. Loved that!

That they have opened a hotel that is not ready yet. Carpenters start working early, the spa area was not done yet and materials seemed cheap and things were missing in the apartment. It made the experience go from luxury feeling to low-standard feeling. 1. The front door would not close easily, so we had to smash it to work. On top of that the doors are not sound proof. So when closed you can see the light underneath the door and we could seriously hear everything. One evening was terrible because some people was extremely loud in the bar area. Should definitely be fixed! 2. No electric outlet in the kitchen. Which was weird since there was an electric kettle for coffee. But how to use it then?? 3. On top of the fridge, there was a microwave. But the Only way to use was to open the door to the fridge. The fridge was build in and the door covers all the way up which means you need to have the fridge open to use the microwave. Has to be separated. 4. There was no kitchen towels for drying things. Not everything goes in the dishwasher. 5. The balcony door from the livingroom could be closed but with violence. The second in the bedroom could not be closed completely. It just feels as poor craftmanship. I mean overall we had a great stay. Amazing place for hiking. Very nice and friendly personal. But for the price , we feel like the level of luxury should be higher all the way around to justify that pricetag.
