About this apartment rental
Spacious two-bedroom, two-bath garden level condo with high ceilings on lovely beach with roped off swimming area. Well-maintained complex with beautiful gardens. Just steps to pools and beach. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. On the lovely Playas Gemelas on the peaceful south shore. Washing machine and dryer in bedroom. Dishwasher in kitchen. King bed in master bedroom. One queen and one twin in second bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay even though the area around the pool outside our patio was under construction and we weren’t able to use it. We were able to use the 2nd pool in front of the next condo. Everyone was very accommodating and we once again had an enjoyable stay.
This was our 2nd visit and we highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sarah's condo for two month in the summer.
Absolutely loved the location and the beach. Office people and security guards are very friendly and helpful. We liked the ground level because it was so easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo is in a very good condition, we liked the size of the rooms and the kitchen.
Sarah (the owner) was very helpful with any questions.
We highly recommend this condo for couple or family with kids.

Sarah's condo is lovely and just what we were looking to find for a relaxing, fun getaway! It is fantastic! Condominios Playas Gemelas is a low key, friendly complex with pretty grounds. The condo is beautifully stocked with a fully supplied kitchen, paper goods, plenty of towels (shower and beach), boogie boards, and even a puzzle we enjoyed finishing. Although there is no view from the patio, it just takes about 5 steps to walk to the lounge chairs at the pool or up some outdoor stairs to an eating area with tables and chairs overlooking the ocean. We found being on the ground floor a convenient luxury. The beds are fine and the air conditioning was helpful at night in the back bedroom.
Our first sunset was truly magical! The beach was quite busy with the Easter holiday, so we spent most of the time over the weekend exploring Puerto Vallarta and Yelapa. The pool never felt crowded and was heated to the perfect temperature. The condo staff was very accommodating. You can call the office right at 9am and they will put umbrellas and reserved lounge chairs for you right on the beach below the pool area.They also gave us a discount card for our Covid tests at the hospital. We loved the location and rode the public bus a couple of times that picks up directly across the street. We also easily grabbed a taxi - usually waiting right out on the street. We ate a handful of meals over at the Girasol resort next door. After registering with the front office at Girasol, the security guards allowed us to enter from the beach. The food was fine, service excellent and the view spectacular!
We took Sarah’s suggestion to dine at Tony’s Hideaway, (which was delicious). Tony’s well connected family put us in touch with a nephew, Carlos, who picked us up right from the Playas Gemelas Beach and took us on a private snorkeling tour at the nearby Los Arcos. It was fabulous!
We look forward to returning to Sarah's condo and Puerto Vallarta!
