About this apartment rental
Our condo complex is right in front of one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Playas Gemelas (twin beaches) has it all.
Watch the whales in winter and dolphins all year round. White sand that is nice for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. The complex has swimming pools, sundeck, beautiful gardens, security guards 24/7, parking lot. It is located 8.5 km south of Puerto Vallarta or about 15 minutes by bus.
Listen to the ocean waves and relax under the moonlight shining on the water (it doesn't get any better than that).
This beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans as well as beds for 4 people.
The balcony with chairs has direct access to the pool and the beach.
Broadband WiFi. Wall mounted flat screen satellite TV. Phone for local calls.
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There is a breakfast bar at the kitchen.
The dinning room will seat 6 and opens onto the balcony and another table and chairs.
Master suite has a queen bed, TV, closet and on-suite bathroom with one sink, and shower.
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and on-suite bathroom with shower.

Comfotable stay. We had a few issues when we arrived, Grill did not have any propane and to use the oven it needed a lighter. The lighter that was in the condo was empty. We reached out to the owner and it was provided. Joe was quick to assist.Shower, water was not hot. We suggest maybe providing a cooler to take to the beach when you want to hang out.

Right on the most beautiful beach with everything you needed in the condo! Would definitely stay again. The short walk to and from the beach and pool was so great with little kids. We all had a blast!

The condo and location was exactly as described and we have stayed in this condo building previously.The only downside was an issue with the lack of hot water. The owner tried his best to rectify this issue while we were there but involved buying and having a new heater unit installed but was too late for us to benefit from the repair/install.
