Manager Ms Emma and staff especially Ms Salome are all very accomodating, hospitable and very attentive and attended to all our concerns and always there to make our stay comfortable and worthwhile. The place is near restaurants and shopping districts and tourist spots. Would definitely book here again and refer to others.
Just maintain cleanliness and new toiletries.

The bed was amazing and it smelt so good. Also, Salome was incredible, really attentive and looking after me. She also suggested so many wonderful things to do in Hanoi. Thank you
That I couldn't stay longer

Salome and her colleagues went above and beyond and got us an upgraded room after a horrible bus journey.
The bathroom is a wet room with shower curtain but I can see why they do this to maximise space in the bedroom

The staff were so helpful and attentive, especially Salome. Salome went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and provided great recommendations to us.
It can be quite noisy with traffic in surrounding streets
