Not great

Location and size of apartment

The bathroom facilities were appalling . The shower door was missing so the floor flooded with water . The shower taps gave you a very strong electrical shock when you touched them . I was unable to have a shower for two days in the end we moved to a different hotel . The apartment manager offered a small discount which was not acceptable he then said the only option was to find another place to stay and he would refund the remaining night . Overall I would not recommend this place or avoid apartment 4 unless you could guarantee the issues mentioned are fixed

Prima locatie, maar vrij gehorig en uitgekleed.

De locatie was echt heel goed, midden in het oude centrum. Dit is dan ook het grootste pluspunt van het appartement. Gelegen op de 2e verdieping en bereikbaar met de trap, dit gaf ook geen problemen. We konden onze tassen wat eerder achterlaten, wat erg fijn was want nu konden we vrij door de stad bewegen!

Het appartement was erg gehorig, geluid op straat en in de kroeg onder het appartement was duidelijk te horen. Ook wc-geluiden van het appartement ernaast konden we helaas goed horen. Het was zeker geen hoogseizoen, maar we waren blij met onze oordopjes. De bedden waren niet top, die hadden hun beste tijd gehad. 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten, geen handdoek of handzeep om je handen te wassen/drogen, 1 tablet voor de vaatwasser maar te weinig borden en glazen om maar 1 keer te hoeven afwassen. Ook maar 1 theezakje, het kwam allemaal wat karig over voor een relatief lang verblijf. Geen vaatdoek o.i.d. Al met al een appartement wat duidelijk mooi is gemaakt voor verhuur, maar waarin langere tijd verblijven niet prettig is. Wordt beschreven als appartement maar is eigenlijk een studio met een roomdivider.

We wanted the centre of the old town and this property fits the bill minutes from the central market. It’s an old building with character. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.

The utensils crockery and the like was minimal just about adequate. The lighting could have been brighter and configured better.

Totally recommend, great spot and great apartment

Excellent location, and the apartment was on point: very clean and with necessary stuff. Most comfortable beds I have slept in.

I missed the owner messages and therefore it was hard to find the place. Make sure to contact the host beforehand.

Great location and room

Location, comfortable, clean. Punctual when we arrived and easy to contact. Oh, and a great hairdryer 🤣

Should be more coffee and shower gel. To get the same for 4 nights as if you just stay one is a mistake this and many places make. Not marking the score down, as the place was 10/10 apart from that.

Very quiet, except on Friday night (from the bar down stairs) normally it was quiet by 11.

Gorgeous comfort!

It’s large and beautifully decorated. It was a fun space to spend a few days. Everything was comfortable. Easy access. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed.

A few suggestions: add towel bars to the bedroom area so towels dry. Aim the auto light in the striped hall so it turns on sooner.

Olin konferenssimatkalla ja viimeinen yö ja päivä oli omaa aikaa. Siihen asunto oli erinomainen!

Sijainti oli erinomainen, illalla ulkoa kantautui ravintoloista vähän melua, mutta ei koko yötä. Asunto oli siisti ja viihtyisä ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava varustus.

Portaikon valo sammui nopeasti. Matkalaukkua ei ehtinyt vielä ylös ennen lampun sammumista. Lähtiessä käytin varmuuden vuoksi otsalamppua. Se olikin tarpeen.

I CANNOT RATE THIS APT HIGHLY ENOUGH. THE NICEST ACCOMMODATION WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. BEAUTIFUL APT OLD STYLE AND FABULOUSLY DECORATED. EXTREMELY CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED, COMFORTABLE AND CENTRAL.

Excellent location, lovely host and modern

Lovely host - thank you for your recommendations. Toiletries, beers, water etc was a nice touch.

Facilities were great. Think the previous guests may have left some dirty dishes.

The location is in the heart of Valencia. Amazing decorated flat with very comfy bed. I would definitely come again.

The staircase is narrow if you have big and heavy luggage.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Great apartment, fabulous location with everything you need for a weekend away - small kitchen with a coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher also a nice small seating area. The bed was comfortable and a nice shower. It was very hot when we visited but the air conditioning is excellent so very happy to seek sanctuary in the apartment. As others have said that it was nice to have a balcony.

The apartment is on the first floor and the local area is busy with several bars and restaurants so it can be very noisy and until late at night. Equally, sadly they are having building work undertaken when we visited so the balcony was overlooking a skip

Feels like living in el Carmen!

A fantastic apartment in the middle of the city center. It's located above a restaurant between the market and Placa de la Reina. The studio apartment is clean, spacious and the facilities are all good. I especially liked the balcony which is facing the street and Placa Redona. I could sit there all day watching people with a cup up coffee (or a different beverage :-D.) I would love to stay here again as I visit Valencia frequently.

There was no dishcloth. The balcony is perfect, but the next door neighbour smokes weed a lot (from early morning till evening) on his balcony so on these moments it's not so perfect.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location

Best location ever, right in the centre and very clean. Host was super and very attentive.

The noise! With being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle it can be very noisy at night and early in the morning, make sure to pack earplugs.

The apartment was completely different to what it's shown on the pictures advertised.

The girl who came to handle the keys was very friend and the premises were acceptably clean.

Nothing has anything to do with what's shown on the advert and the address it's also different to what it says on the website. The shower was extremely small and the pressure was minimal so having a shower was a real struggle!

the location is perfect, old town, 50m from Central Market, good to have a breakfast, lunch. the flat is in an old building, modern furniture, kitchen well equipped, bathroom as well. To be recommended!

A great choice for a stay in the Old Town of beautiful Valencia - we will be back!

Amazing location close to the main city attractions, restaurants, bars and public transport but so peaceful and quiet once you were inside the apartment. The apartment is really nicely decorated and well equipped - you will be very comfortable during your stay, Its a short walk to the shops, train station and buses which will take you out to the beach area.

Lovely stay enhanced bu super mild weather for November

Location is great , nice to have the little terrace. Comfortable bed and great shower Nice touch to provide beer and water for arrival Very helpful with restaurant ideas and prompt communication.

Bit restrictive with the tableware, so impractical to use dishwasher provided. Would also be good to note the nearest restaurant in the location description as would help in locating the entrance. Bit of a maze so tricky to use the internet to find.

Excellent holiday in a great apartment

The location is perfect. Centrally located. close to bars, restarants and local amenities. If you love people watching, from the outside balcony you can sit all day and amuse yourself as the streets are buzzing with activity

Nothing springs to mind. The apartment is easily accessed and clean which, if it wasnt, would nomally be a cause for concern but i have nothing bad to say about this property

Great location but we've exprerienced more comfortable and better appointed for the money.

The apartments location is great, albeit a little hard to find initially. Very clean and the host was pleasant and helpful. The little balcony was cute.

It was very dark inside with little natural light. The website said ironing facilities but there were none. when asked for we were told we should have told them we wanted an iron? It was quite chilly the first night but there was no other bedding other than a very thin covering. Also no lift and a very dark stairway.
