Located in North Eastham, this attractive cottage for $185 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Walk 5 min to the end of the lane to your private Bay Beach for swimming, fishing, endless beach walks, and spectacular sunsets. Year-round original Cape Cod cottage attached to owner's residence on quiet dead-end gravel road, with separate driveway and yard. Close to National Seashore and Bay Beaches. Short walk to Wiley Park at Great Pond for fresh water swimming, playground and fishing. One mile to Cape cod Bike Trail. Bedroom 1 w/queen bed (queen sheets provided) Bedroom 2 w/3 twin beds (twin sheets are not provided but available for rental on request) Blankets, and towels for each guest. Full complete kitchen including range, microwave and expandable dining set for 4-6. Full bath with tub/shower. Washer/dryer and storage for personal items (bikes, beach chairs etc.).Outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table for 6. Cable TV/DVD, wireless Internet access, books and board games incase it rains. Regular trash pick up. Close to area attractions and restaurants.

The hosts left no detail overlooked. The cottage was charming, cozy, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location on “a quiet country road” was just that, and only minutes from the beach which we took full advantage of. Our hosts were friendly and attentive. The location though off the beaten path was within easy driving distance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, bike trails and restaurants. We had a lovely time.

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked little cottage in Eastham. The cottage had an old-Cape feel with modern updates - perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. I was a bit worried about having the cottage attached to the owners' residence but the cottage felt completely private.

My husband and I, retirees from Virginia and formerly of Massachusetts, traveled to Cape Cod to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family, residents of Eastham. We could not have chosen a more perfect rental for the two of us.
The bathroom and kitchen are both updated and immaculately clean. The living area is comfortable and includes a small dining table which was great for the two of us to enjoy our breakfast. Most importantly for us, the property has an excellent heating system, a must for those interested in visiting the area during the winter. The temperatures were very cold during our stay, and we were fortunate to feel warm and cozy throughout our visit.
The owners were very attentive when, upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with the television. This was easily resolved. They seemed very interested in assuring that we were comfortable in their rental. The cottage, though directly attached to the house, is quiet and peaceful. We hardly knew they were there.
I highly recommend this property to others. We would certainly consider renting here again.

My wife and I traveled to Boston to visit our daughter. She just recently transferred there and it was our first visit. She had to work 3 days during the visit so we decided to visit the Cape. This place was the perfect launch point to see the things we wanted. It was very clean and very quiet.

Nice property on a quiet road. Enough space for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked, granite countertop. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat in kitchen, good sized living room. The deck was very peaceful, a great spot for the morning coffee.

Cape Cod cottage
We thought the cottage was perfect size for our family. Access to the private beach was great-our kids loved walking out during low tide and hunting for crabs. Everything was clean and tidy and just right for what we needed.

Great property for a family
We had a great experience staying at the house. The beach is right down the street and they provided a cart which was helpful to bring stuff down. My kids had a blast and loved the outdoor shower. We used the beach toys, pool and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing was the property doesn’t have AC. It was pretty hot a few days but we did bring a fan.

My family and I spent a cold and rainy weekend on the cape and while the weather awful, the rental was great! It was spotless and very comfortable. It has a private entrance and parking and we loved its proximity to the beach. We will be back and hopefully the weather is better so we can take advantage of the beach!

Cozy space on a quiet, woodsy lane in Eastham. It's technically attached to a residence, but the level of privacy and the amount of greenery make it feel more like a stand-alone cottage. Quick walk to the scenic bayside beach, quick drive to the gorgeous oceanside beaches. Bob is a great host and very responsive - a minor issue we had with the grill was resolved quickly and with no inconvenience to us. We had a great stay to start our summer!
