Washing machine and central location close to No. 1 tram to bus/train station. Good shower. Stayed here several times.

The room is spacious and functional. The location is fantastic, close to everything and right in front of the Opera Theater Park.
Breakfast choices are limited from the menu.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town District right across the street from the Opera House which, by the way, had a great performance that I attended. The included breakfast was a choice from a menu, and the quality was excellent and abundant. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions and even ordered a Bolt ride share for me when my phone's app did not work. I highly recommend the Opera Passage Hotel & Apartments as a great place to stay and a great value.

The size of the room, the location.
Breakfast took an hour to be completed and the food quality was bad, there is no counter space in the bathroom, there was no warning that this room would not have a view
