Awesome location (relatively close to the city centre, but at the same time away from the noisy streets).
Comfy and stylish rooms with beautiful views.
Very tasty breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
Late check-in, which is of course more or less the same everywhere, including other hotels.
It would make much more sense to me if check-out were until 10 a.m., so that people could start checking in from 12 p.m. If you arrive early in the morning with a full day of meetings and plans ahead of you, having to wait until after 2 p.m. to check in and even take a shower seems a little late.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ve got a peace of cake as a surprise for my birthday ;)
