Nice localization and amazing blue collar working crew (ladies who clean and work on kitchen) rooms are big to what is plus
Stuff on front desk, we book two apartments in the same time - she was very rude, act like I did something wrong when my American bank ask me about transaction she tell very laud that I don’t have any money on my account what Is not true, my bank was do fraud detection check because it’s only one hotel what take all money upfront. But no big deal I was change $ and comeback- she was so rude taking my passport and looking at me on way that I do something bad. I’m in Lviv very often and I always take Leopolis and I’m so regret I didn’t took this time - my friends decide to take this one and we try stay in the same place, but staff from Rudolfo can learn lot of from Leopolis front desk management. I’m not sure what is name of blonde woman who treat us like this but she is reason why we will never comeback there. Rest front desk amazing special young boy from Sunday.
