Staff was pleasant, room is clean. We got our breakfast a bit earlier in the morning cause we had an early departure from train station.
The water in jacuzzi was cold and we were waiting for a tea in the room for 30 minutes :( And also we were informed that the TV channels are currently under maintenance, so they were not working.

Розташування ідеальне. Швейцар дуже приємний та завжди готовий допомогти. Поряд є чудова ресторація Szkocka.
Поряд міська парковка. Якщо ви на авто, то зверніть увагу, що у вихідні парковка також платна
Через килими та оббивку на меблях немає відчуття ідеальної чистоти, яку б очікував від пʼятизіркового готелю. Двоспальне ліжко вузьке і тверде, подушки не дуже комфортні. Наші вікна виходили в дворик-трубу де постійно палять і працюють кондиціонери.
