The property was as represented. The location was wonderful. Loved being on the quiet end of Tybee Island. The condo was adequately supplied. The condo has been used a lot and there are signs of wear and tear. The mattresses on the twin beds were very uncomfortable and the couch didn’t offer much support. Hopefully you don’t have children above you as footsteps and crying were heard throughout our stay. It is spring break. Would probably not rent this condo again.

Great property on the North side of the island. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved being so close to the pool and beach. Neither were ever very busy. Walking distance to the Tybean coffee shop. It was our first time to the island and we loved how relaxing and laid back it was. The condo worked great for our family of 4. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. There are a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet which was nice. Would highly recommend this property.

Loved our balcony over looking pool and beach. Master bath large soaker tub was very yellowed, and even though clean, gave the impression that it wasn't clean simply because it needs updating. Curtains over bathtub window was creepy - easily fixed and updated by using a frosted spray or stick on opaque covering for privacy. Time to bring this bathroom (and kitchen) into the 21st century. Our only problem was with finding the check in office. GPS did not work on the island. Written directions were ok, but landmarks were very difficult to see, as was the office not easy to spot even after several drive-bys.

We really enjoyed the ease of access to the beach with dolphin sightings. The pool was great too. Worked really well for two families with a toddler each.

Excellent space in an excellent location! We were a walk from local restaurants and shops and the beach access the complex provided was nice and relaxing, not too overcrowded. Would definitely rent again!

The location and overall stay was great! The beach access are steps, so some elderly may struggle, but it was a very clean and peaceful beach. The only thing I did not like is that the cleaning of the floors is sub par. Within 20 minutes, my 1 year olds feet were black, so he wore shoes inside all week.

Perfect access to the calm, quiet North end of the island. Boardwalk connected to elevator/steps. Property was nice, clean and as presented. Second bedroom was small, but my kids were only in there to sleep. Note that (April 2021) the pool was out of order and seems like it will be for a while. (Closed sign on gate. We could see into it from the unit's balcony and there are chunks of concrete/rocks on the pool floor, pallets of supplies on the decks, but we saw no workers in the 5 days we were there.) It didn't matter to us, since we wanted the beach, which was great, but plan accordingly.

Our family’s first trip to Tybee Island was, overall, a nice vacation. Check in and check out process was smooth. We decided to rent a golf cart to explore the island. I checked beforehand about being able to rent one and park it in building C’s parking lot. However, when we first arrived into the parking lot, we weren’t sure exactly sure where to go. A man comes walking quickly towards us yelling “Hey! No golf carts allowed! Where are you staying?!” I said “building C.” He said, “oh, that’s over there, but don’t come through here with that golf cart because they aren’t allowed!” Whoa, ok, sorry, we just weren’t sure where to go at first. Looking around we saw the pool located in building C was closed and under construction. Bummer since we specifically booked this unit so we could be close to the pool and beach with our kids. Construction began early in the morning so our morning coffee on the patio listening to the ocean was a bust. The property manager was understanding and did compensate us for the inconvenience. The unit was well stocked with most necessary items. Most pillows were stained yellow so we tried to find the cleanest ones to sleep on. Floors were still sandy when we arrived. The decor, furnishings and linens could use updating due to stains and dust. The wagon, chairs and kids beach toys were nice and we didn’t have to rent those ourselves. All appliances worked and we used most all of them, even the kids used the jetted tub. Beach is clean and quiet and we never felt like we were on top of others given the pandemic. Scenery was beautiful. Despite the hiccups, we made the best of it and enjoyed our trip.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo (104) the facility was clean and well accessorized. The beach chairs and wagon were perfect and the board walk was close and the beach was amazing. The pool looked good, we did not use it but would have if we had been staying longer. We enjoyed the condo and the beach. The listing was spot on and very accurate. We would stay here again if or when we come back. Bill & Kathy
