Located in Cala en Bosc, this attractive house for $202 per night is a great choice for your next trip. It is a detached house renovated in April 2018, within a very quiet urbanization of "menorquín village" type, it has an area of 70 square meters, it consists of two bedrooms, one double (with a double bed), and the other with two single beds. It has a large bathroom, with a large shower, a large living room and kitchen, in the house there is no air conditioning. There is an exclusive garden of the house, of 250 meters, with table and chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with tdt, wifi, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven ...). The house is oriented towards the central prairie of the urbanization. The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'artrutx. The nearest beach (Calan Bosch) is about 700 meters walk from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area called Cap D'Artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car rental and boats, etc.

The villa had a lovely outside space. Great access to a beautiful pool. Short taxi to the beach as we had small kids 2 and 4.
The only thing that let the villa down was how dirty it was. Such a shame.

La casa está decorada con muy buen gusto y tiene todos los elementos necesarios. Sin embargo, es tan pequeña que resulta incómodo moverse por cada habitación. En cuanto a la limpieza, la encontramos más o menos limpia, pero las sábanas y las toallas tenían ya demasiado uso, la fregona está blanca y vieja y se usa la misma dentro y fuera de la casa. La colcha que recubre el sofá no se cambia con cada cambio de inquilino. En resumen, con poquitos cambios mejoraría mucho la limpieza.

Schöne Anlage, schönes Haus
Wir haben 2 entspannte Wochen hier verbracht. Obwohl das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr gut, sie reagierte auf Anfragen vor und während des Aufenthaltes sofort und kümmerte sich umgehend-Vielen Dank dafür!
Die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas knapp, sodass wir die Spülmaschine nie voll bekamen.
Schade war, dass es keinen Mückenschutz an den Fensterläden gab. Denn die Plagegeister waren schon sehr eifrig. Der kleine Garten und die Gesamtanlage waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus zu empfehlen!

Belle petite maison dans une résidence, dans un quartier résidentiel, à moins de 5 min en voiture des commerces et restaurants. Maison propre et fonctionnelle. Seul petit soucis, une fuite ou en tout cas pas mal d'eau dans la salle de bain après la douche. Je recommande !

Valoración
Muy correcta la atención, el trato, la limpieza y la zona. Esta situada en un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor y queda a un paseo de una zona perfecta para ver la puesta de sol. Cerca se encuentra Ciutadella, una ciudad preciosa, y a cinco minutos un pequeño puerto con muchos restaurantes. Para recorrer la isla des de aquí os aconsejaría un coche de alquiler para moveros con total libertad.
Por último decir que ha sido un viaje estupendo y la casa cumple con lo establecido. Se esta muy cómodo.

La maison est très agréable et la proximité avec la piscine de la résidence permet de bien en profiter.

Sehr schönes Objekt in schöner Wohnumgebung. Leider nicht ganz sauber. Einige Bettlacken waren nicht sauber und mussten nochmal getauscht werden. Nur ein Ventilator war vorhanden und der war auch nur bedingt einsetzbar. Ein neuer wurde aber ziemlich prompt zur Verfügung gestellt. Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter holprig und etwas unfreundlich

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Wir (2Erw, 2Ki) haben hier zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und ist gut eingerichtet, vor allem auch mit guten Küchenutensilien.(ein richtig großer familientauglicher Kochtopf fehlte) Es gibt ein paar Touristen-Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Mietwagen ist aber natürlich ein Muss.

Nos ha gustado mucho la zona, el apartamento bien en cuanto a espacio y muy limpio, agradable la decoración, ubicación estupenda. Como peros la Wi-Fi iba superlenta, la casa está más orientada para el verano, hemos echado de menos ropa más abrigada para la cama de matrimonio. Y como sugerencias aunque la cocina esta perfectamente equipada echamos de menos utensilios de limpieza como balletas o estropajos. También estaría bien un radiador para cada habitación.
Aun así una estancia muy agradable. Nos gustaría volver en primavera y disfrutar de la casa al completo, de su barbacoa y su jardincito.

Casa estupenda
La casa esta genial, bonita y muy acogedora, relativamente cerca de las playas más bonitas de Menorca.
El único punto negativo fue que solo teníamos un ventilador para 2 parejas cuando las noches de Agosto son muy calurosas y es difícil descansar bien.
Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

A quiet peaceful place
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison est propre, bien équipée et au calme. La piscine est parfaite, la résidence est très bien entretenue. Les plus belles plages de l’ile sont accessibles en voiture en 15 à 30 min. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse.

En general la casita está muy bien, reformada hace poco y muy bien decorada. Tal vez algún estante y percha más en el baño haría que fuera perfecta, pero la tranquilidad de la urbanización y la buena atención y disposición del dueño lo compensan con creces. Perfecto para familias que buscan tranquilidad, no hace demasiado calor así que se puede descansar bien a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado. Le doy un 9,5 sobre 10.

Schönes Häuschen an guter Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten vor allem den Pool sehr geniessen. Dieser gehört zur Gesamtanlage und kann von allen Parteien genutzt werden. Schade hat es keine Bänke rund um den Pool und es hat etwas wenig Schatten. Sonst war alles tip top, ausser das W-LAN, da war die Verbindung leider sehr langsam und manchmal ganz schlecht oder gar nicht. Da ich arbeiten musste, war ich auf das W-LAN angewiesen und habe das Häuschen deswegen ausgewählt.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wundervolle Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß, im Garten zu spielen und im nahe gelegenen Pool zu planschen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch; ideal um sich vom Alltag zu erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice villa in a quiet complex.
Villa satisfactory and well equipped apart from not having a kettle, a must for British holiday makers! No air con or mosquito nets, would have appreciated both but it did say no Aircon. Would have been nice to have some information at the villa about how to operate the WiFi ( it was not working on our arrival and we had no idea where the router was). Also might be nice to have some information about the local area and facilities. Bathroom was new and very nice but the water kept escaping from the shower tray which was not deep enough. Wardrobes in bedrooms could do with updating. Oven glove in kitchen would be useful. I hope these comments are useful, we really did have a lovely time.

Dotata di tutti i comfort, con un bel giardino e la giusta privacy, consente di godersi la vacanza: dalla colazione in giardino ad una cena con il barbecue . Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten in dem Bungalow eine schöne Woche verbringen dürfen. Das Bungalow liegt in einem wirklich hübschen Örtchen, unmittelbar am Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Nachbarn sind überraschend freundlich. Wir wohnen auf der Nachbarinsel Mallorca und wissen, dass Ferienvermietung dort bei Nachbarn ungern gesehen ist. Hier ist es scheinbar anders und wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt. In dem Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Vacances très reussies
Nous avons séjourné à 4 (2 adultes/2 enfants) dans ce bungalow au milieu de cette résidence pendant presque deux semaines. L'accès est d'une simplicité extrême: c'est tout droit !!!. Comptez 10 minutes du port commercial. L'environnement végétal est vraiment joli (palmiers, végétation luxuriante, entretenue), à deux pas (3 minutes en voiture) de commerces et 5 minutes de la marina de Cala'n Boch (Restos, animation, bars etc...). Pour faire vos courses, il y a un supermarché (Diskont) ,vers Ciutadella (10 minutes en voiture), très bien fait et avec des prix entre 20 et 40% moins chers qu'en France.
Ce fut de très belles vacances. La maison est confortable, le jardin joliment arboré et surtout la résidence avec cet accès à la piscine (50 mètres) très pratique et magnifiquement entretenu.
Tout fut simple. Un problème et l'intervention d'une personne se fait dans les 2 heures (problème électrique dans la salle de bain). Il manque quelque chose et votre interlocuteur arrange cela dans la journée (grille de bbq).
Vraiment, l'organisation est parfaite.
Privilégiez les locations en Juin ou juillet car en Aout la résidence (comme toute l'île d'ailleurs) se remplit et la piscine ou l'aire de jeux grouillent de monde. Les bungalows sont proches, donc si vos voisins sont bruillants, vous subirez.
La maison est confortable, la literie est ferme, le canapé parfait pour la sieste, l'équipement est suffisant même si il faudrait renouveler les verres et ajouter un ventilateur qui fonctionne. La Wifi est quasi inexistante mais je pense que c'est le cas dans toute l'île.
Bref, ce fut des vacances parfaites sur île calme et magnifique avec des gens gentils et accueillants.
Nous y retournerons volontiers.

The villa is beautiful, spacious, well-furnished and equipped (wifi included). The pool is fantastic and bigger than the photos seem. Our children are 5 and 7 and the villa and area were perfect for us. Close to the sea, beach, shops, and restaurants at Calan Bosch. We had a great week and didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!.Thank you!
