About this villa rental
Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.
Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.
Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow with amazing views across Soller valley. It’s a 15 minute walk into the square of soller with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated and very homely. The pool area and sunbeds are a great spot to relax. Although the road up to the entrance gates is extremely narrow and steep, in a small car it is accessible with care. Would recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Casa Verde! The view is outstanding and the location is perfect. It was so peaceful and quiet - A great place to simply relax and unwind.Though the drive up the very narrow driveway was a bit daunting at first, we got used to it, and appreciated the parking at the top.The house had everything we needed - A well appointed kitchen, laundry, dependable wifi, comfortable beds, and a smart TV.The host was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We greatly appreciated the binder filled with helpful information left for us. I definitely recommend this property, and hope to visit again!

We had great stay and loved the place. There was a great restaurant within an easy walk, which was perfect given we had two you children with us. We had a hire car which made getting to the port/beach an easy 5 minute drive. If we didn’t go out in the evening we just fired up the bbq and watched the sun go down. Great views over Soller. Would happy stay there again in the future.

The Casa is lovely—quite basic with a wonderful view. The pool was well maintained. However, the narrowness of the long driveway proved to be a significant source of stress for us. We have driven all through Europe for over 30 years and have never encountered a road or driveway this narrow, particularly for the length that must be travelled with 6 foot stone walls on both sides. We had rented the most compact car possible and had to return to the rental agency after discovering that the first car (Skoda) would barely fit. We researched the width of compact cars and finally settled on an MG as the narrowest available. It too was barely a fit, even with the mirrors tucked in. The thought of having to painstakingly navigate this driveway every time we wanted to leave the property proved to be too great a source of anxiety, so we bailed and left early. The hosts show a picture of a Ford Escort in the narrowest part of the driveway. The width of the Escort is 183cm. We strongly suggest that you carefully check the width of your rental car and select a car approximating the Escort's width, if possible, although even that width only leaves about an inch to spare on either side. We also suggest that you consider whether of not you would find navigating this very narrow, fairly steep drive way on a daily basis to be a source of stress. If not, good on you. Unfortunately, for us it was a significant shock, disappointment and source of unwanted anxiety.
