The Whitney Hotel Boston

Fantastic location right in Beacon Hill. The room was beautifully clean and absolutely gorgeous. The room service was lovely and special shout out to the amazing staff member who helped me remove a fly from my room! Overall, it was a lovely place.

More veg options would be great for room service.

The location of the hotel was ideal within easy walking distance of the city centre and points of interest and with the nearest Subway station across the road. Staff were excellent; helpful and friendly. We had breakfast one morning at it was tasty, with a good choice and value for money. The room was excellent with and the bed was very comfortable with crisp fresh linen.

There is nothing but positive comments to be made about The Whitney.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the decor and welcome we received. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. .

My only critique was the lack of choice regarding meals. Brunch, lunch, dinner and room service were identical menus. I would have preferred more variety.

The restaurant was very good. The hotel staff, especially Jacquline was excellent, however, there were a few staff members that unfortunately treated the "booking.com" user as a second class guest. Room on the street to a room near the service elevator and not always treated the same as other direct paying guests. This is unfortunate because this behavior could potentially kill the desire to stay again. "Booking.com" does not reflect a persons exposure nor their means! Every guest should be treated with the upmost respect and desire to please or the service behind the desk should find a different industry to work in; hospitality may not be their "thing."
