The location is excellent, right in the heart of Boston, making it very easy to walk to many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
While we really liked the location and the spacious room, there were a few aspects that could be improved. We were asked for our phone number so they could notify us as soon as our room was ready, but we never received a call or any notification. During our stay, our room was also not serviced or the bed made. Additionally, the staff did not seem particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the service could definitely be improved.
