Beautiful condo is located in sunny southern California on Ensenada Court, just steps to Mission Bay, the Pacific Ocean/Mission Beach and Balboa Park. Located on the bay side of South Mission Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Home has a big kitchen, gas barbecue, and large rooftop deck. Park in tandem garage or in the Belmont parking lot just steps away. Everything you need to spend a great week in San Diego with great weather year round. Enjoy the sunrise on the bay and the amazing sunset from the beach. Sea World is so close you can see the tower from the roof top. You also have great rooftop views of the ocean, bay, and the roller coaster at Belmont Park. Walk or bike to everything you need for the week or take your car to downtown San Diego for great nightlife and wonderful restaurants only 10 minutes away. The world renowned San Diego Zoo is a quick drive. Legoland is about 30 minutes and Disneyland is about 1-1/2 hours away.

Great accommodations with a rooftop deck that can't be beat. You can enjoy the Sea World fireworks looking over everything. Very clean, master bedroom and bathroom can't be beat. Highly recommend.

It had everything you could ask for and them some. Bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and beach towels. Along with a wagon to take everything to the beach.
Top deck had views of the bay and ocean, and perfect spot for watching Seaworld's fireworks every night.

Warren & Margaret's condo was everything represented and more. We have stayed at many owner rentals both in the US and internationally. This condo was incredibly well provisioned from the kitchen cabinets full of herbs and spices to the boogie boards and sand chairs in the garage. The location is fabulous, literally steps away from the clean beach (with calm water ideal for very young children). The two decks were perfect for outdoor living and dining. The rooms were comfortable for our group of 2 couples and one 7-year old (with a bunk bed that would have accommodated another child/teenager). We would happily stay here again on another San Diego visit.

This place is everything it advertises it to be. It has an excellent location. The home is exceptionally well equipped. It is beautifully decorated. It has a one car garage, bikes, boggy boards, beach chairs... The kitchen has everything. There are several outdoor decks, one for eating and one for view the night sky which includes nightly fireworks from Sea World. This is a very special vacation home and we are very fortunate that Warren was willing to share it with our family.Brian and Ann
