Located in Mission Beach, this attractive house for $979 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Pacific paradise This newly renovated second level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is right on the beach. It can be rented with the beach front lower level two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, VRBO 732960. The living room has 180' ocean views and lots of comfortable couch seating to watch the dolphins frolicking in the waves and enjoy the beautiful sun setting into the Pacific. The dining table can accommodate ten with additional adjacent bar I seating for eight. There is a well furnished kitchen and a second full size refrigerator in the den. The den also has laundry facilities and a media area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a twin, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a king, bedroom 4 has a king and a day bed, and bedroom 5 has two twins. Bedrooms one thru four all have ocean views. The den has a day bed and there is a pack and play and high chair. There are lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes. There is parking for two cars. The lower level has a shared patio and a two bedroom, also available to rent and perfect for extended families. The patio has charcoal and gas grills, fire pits, and several picnic tables. There are also comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy the view, one of the best things about being right in the beach. It's a perfect place to create family memories.

Would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are looking for ocean-front views in San Diego! Super comfortable stay in a beautiful home. Massive comfortable couch overlooking the ocean, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful patio, and clean beach. The hosts had everything you could need for a great vacation!

My husband, our two married sons, their wives, and our daughter all had an amazing time! The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for three married couples. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed biking on the boardwalk and watching dolphins and a whale from the spacious livingroom couch and window! We definitely plan to stay here again!

We had three generations staying in this wonderful place by the beach and had a fabulous time. Miles of wide sand beach and as the picture show spectacular views and convenient location. Hosts were extremely quick to respond and even got a repair person over the holidays. We hope to be back!

This property is gorgeous! It's in a perfect location, right on the beach and a short walk or bikeride to the bay. There are shops and food and entertainment within walking distance.
The unit is clean and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need.
Ben and Marta are the best hosts ever and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable!
4 adult couples and a baby stayed in this unit and we had more than enough space for comfort.
We loved riding the bikes and using the boogie boards and other beach toys.
We had the most magical stay!!!

The beach house was perfect, plenty of room for a large family or a group. The view was amazing! The hosts were extremely friendly and assisted with all our needs. That’s definitely our go to beach house in San Diego.

There were 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children ages 5-9. Plenty of room for all. Very comfortable feel and space to spread out. Really well appointed kitchen. The washer/dryer really helped a lot. Bikes, beach toys, volleyball and more supplied with the unit. Close to so much for adults and grandchildren to enjoy. Minutes to the airport, zoo, sea world. Walk to Belmont Park. Couldn’t ask for more. The hosts are a delight to interact with. You are literally on the beach, We enjoyed watching dolphins and volleyball from our front window. Don’t think about it, just book it.

We loved staying at this property. The location is perfect-right on the beach. We loved having coffee in the morning watching the dolphins playing and surfers surfing from our huge picture window. The unit was well equipped and the owners, Marta & Ben, were wonderful. We could walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, coffee shops, and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again when we are in San Diego again.

My idea of an ideal vacation is with family, overlooking a sunset on the beach and a good book. That is exactly what we had at this home. Plus, the host provided us with chocolates, wine and flowers!
This home was perfect for our family which included an age range from six to eighty-two. Everyone had lots to do or they could just sit and watch the ocean waves.
This was the best equipped rental home I have ever seen. Appliances, kitchen equipment, utensils, towels, sheets, and mattresses were all high quality. The hosts have put a lot of thought into their home and they were charmingly hospitable.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing family vacation with a beautiful ocean view. The property was large enough for all 11 of us and was stocked well with anything you would need. It is in a great location with so much to do within walking or biking distance. The owners were so helpful after an unforeseen event prevented us from getting to the house to park, she found us a place to temporarily park and even helped us carry our luggage to the house in the wind and rain!

The property was perfect for our family! We had three couples and three youngsters in our place upstairs. There was plenty of room to spread put and Marta left us wine and chocolates! Two refrigerators was a bonus! The location was great in that there was always the beach for the kids to play on but also other activities and restaurants nearby. Also many items for entertainment in the garage…bicycles, corn hole, etc. We also rented the two bedroom place on the ground floor for the other family with us. We would definitely recommend!

From the beginning, everything was perfect!! From the nice little ‘extras’ provided to the location and the size of the unit, we could not have asked for a more suitable place for a family vacation!! Lower temp, beautiful clouds, lots of little fish enticing Dolfins, Terns, and CLEAR warm, water made a lovely and roomy space even more perfect. The condo leaves nothing to be desired. Ben and Marta were very kind hosts and easy to communicate with during our stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, functional and newly remodeled - the pictures dont do it justice. The window overlooking the beach is breathtaking. They also provided bikes, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas which made a huge difference in our experience and enjoyment of the beach as a family. Excellent stay!

Marta & Ben we’re easy to work & communicate with. We had unit C which came with 2 parking spaces. We rode 4 of the beach cruiser bicycles & Ben helped us adjust the seats/handle bars. Each of the 5 bedrooms had 2 bottles of water & each of the 3 bathrooms had plenty of supplies. The grill was clean, well maintained & easy to use as were all the appliances. We will return!

We spent most of our time right on the property - we cooked, ate, walked the beach, surfed, played volleyball, played games, read books, All of this was made possible by a great layout that even allowed the little ones to get naps in a quiet back bedroom. Can’t say enough good things about how amazing this place was. The owner met us at arrival and showed us the ins and outs, had chocolates and wine set up, water bottles in every room, fully stocked coffee and more, everything you might think you need to pick up at the store, but was already there. And the space was large and beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. And right on the beach, was perfect so we could watch the kids play in the sand, while sitting on the front patio, or watch the volleyball players and sunset every night through the massive beachfront window. My husband always unpacks to get settled first thing when he arrives somewhere, and this was the first time he he just grabbed a drink and headed to the patio to enjoy the sites and feel. We were beyond excited, and even had some blocks for the kids, games to play, and all the beach stuff you could need. My husband even tried out the surf board, and was semi successful after some YouTube videos. The only thing to note is the garage door opens flat outward versus straight up so hot knocked in the shins by the door first time opening. Just an FYI if you use it, make sure kids are on the side and you move back! We had an awesome time, and will be back!!
