Located in Mission Beach, this attractive condo for $650 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Large, open living space (livingroom, dining and kitchen) feature ocean views. Cable TV with expanded channels. Bedrooms: #1: king bed, with TV, #2: Queen bed with private bath, #3: One twin XL bed, one full bed, #4: great for kids with 4 twin/single beds plus a couch that flattens to queen size and large TV. Large Patio out front with table, lounge chairs & BBQ, plus bonus covered interior courtyard, all just for your use. Four easy parking spaces that fit oversized vehicles (rare for the beach). Great for family get-aways (No Parties Permitted, owner resides on site in a separate unit, distanced from this ground floor unit; as a courtesy to neighbors, neighborhood quiet codes enforced 10pm to 8am). Able to sit back and watch the kids on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset, or just enjoy the beach life. Ask about our Nap at the Beach Romantic Getaways with flowers, local estate wine, locally made chocolate and either weekend getaway tickets to a local San Diego County winery for wine tasting and museum or another bottle of wine; ask for 2 bedroom availability. Short walks: one block towards the bayside of the Mission Beach Peninsula to the market/deli and eateries; about six blocks walk straight down the boardwalk in front to the Belmont amusement park, beach shops, and restaurants. Short drives to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Airport, and still only about a half hour to county wineries. But, you'll be right on the beach - so why leave at all?

We had 5 adults and 6 kids and fit with room to spare in the house! We couldn't have asked for a better location right on Mission Beach. The steps from the boardwalk down to the Beach were right in front of the house. Our kids LOVED being so close to be able to go back and forth from the Beach to the house.
We loved being on South Mission Beach away from Belmont Park busyness, but also close enough that we could easily walk down to the Park and all the fun there. There were boogie boards, Beach chairs and sand toys for us to use, and a great patio to relax and view the Beach. We had a 12 passenger van and a car with us, which fit great in the outside parking spots. Clark was a great host and had good communication. We had the best time and can't say enough good about this house!

We were a group of 10. The location is beautiful- and the cousins loved having their own space with 4 twin beds, a couch and their own tv. Plus Clark had boogie boards for them to use. Would definitely recommend - this place is a gem

Home is very clean, well spaced out. Beds were comfy shower pressure was amazing. And the view was to die for. Host was easy to communicate with. Have the best time ever.

Our family returned to the wonderful beach house with the amazing ocean view. Our group included five kids ages 2 to 7. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and water which is just steps from the back door. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the patio while BBQing each evening. This setting is perfect for gathering your kids and grandkids. So perfect, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Took the family for a long weekend and it was fantastic!!! The kids were able to play on the beach while the grownups sat on the patio and enjoy watching the waves! Close to Belmont park which always such a fun place. We absolutely loved our time here

Clark, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and comfortable. It is the perfect beach house for children and adults right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean. Everything is included so you just need your swimwear and clothes.

This house was so nice. Right on the beach. Lots of things to play with on the beach. Two places to park which is gold in San Diego. My oldest son even said that the house was big enough so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and there was 11 of us.
That at ayed there and it was perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at Clark’s beach house, with our extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 4,7,10,13.
The house was perfect for our group. The kids loved staying together in what we call the Kids’ Room. The location could not be any better. It’s right on the beach and just a few blocks from Belmont Park. We’ll stay again on our next SD trip!

Great location with beautiful views right on the boardwalk. Major bonus is 3+ parking spots! That’s unheard of in mission beach. Love the bunk bedroom! Beds were comfy. This is not the most upscale place, the kitchen could use a little upgrading of pots and pans. The cleanliness was good but it could use a deep cleaning. However, for the location, parking and beds, it was totally worth it. We will be back!

This property was ideal for our family and extended family with 5 kids ranging from 2-6. The owner has thought of all beach amenities, including chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Location is a short walk to Belmont park, which is great for kids 5+. Home is very clean and the property manager was readily available if we had questions.

This is our 2nd consecutive summer renting this house. We love it. It accommodates a lot of people, its all on one floor, its right on the boardwalk, and a real short walk to Belmont. Looking forward to renting this home again next summer.

The property was nothing fancy and could probably use a deep clean, but worked great for a group of friends. Location was absolutely perfect for people watching and walking down the boardwalk for food, drinks, etc. Would definitely rent again!

Clark is an excellent host, and is very welcoming and helpful! The property is spotless, and the location is great. We had the privilege of meeting Clark’s son, sister and brother-in-law. They are such a kind , caring family, and have a genuine interest on their guests. I will stay here anytime I come to Mission Beach!

The host, Clark, was great. He responded to every question I had within an hour. Usually within 5 minutes. There was ample parking. The house was a perfect beach house. Not too fancy, but very comfortable and easy to keep clean. Epic location. Couldn’t ask for a better one. All in all it was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I will be back.
