Location, right next to Vatican. There is a lift and only a few stairs. Rooms are large but one bedroom is a thoroughfare to another bedroom, including to get to the bathrooms. Basic kitchen, does the job for a short stay.
Advertised as 5 beds (3x doubles and 2x singles) but only 4 were made up (3x doubles and 1x single). When we contacted the host to get sheets for the other single, we were told there would be a charge and that we should have told them we needed it made up. As there were 5 guests and the apartment is advertised as with 5 beds and we weren’t asked about bed configuration, we didn’t think this was ok.

Ok for a coffee and a croissant. Nice to have a choice of croissants. Location was good for visiting landmarks and for metro travel. Quiet most of the time, a little noisy from other apartments early evening. Bedrooms were large.
One double bedroom was off another double bedroom so had to go through other room to go to the toilet. All three shower rooms were clean but not well maintained. No hook for the shower head for example. Oh, no plug in the sink in the kitchen made it difficult to wash up. Worst of all was the large opening at high level between two of the shower rooms - made it uncomfortable to use the toilet when other were around. Beds were clean but mattresses hard and a bit lumpy. Beds and matresses of the cheapest quality. Pillows were awful. The TV and settee in the kitchen was just too uncomforable to use. The TV was on the wall up by the ceiling and the Settee had seen better days long ago. We were unable to set the TV to English language, which made it difficult to watch anything good.
