Great house for the 2 of us. Close to downtown, quiet, clean, with all the amenities for our stay. This is or 2nd time at this house, plan to come back.

Lovely and charming cottage. Appointments and details were thoughtful and practical. The bathroom (historical in design) photographs well...but does need extra attention. Difficult to shower. Limited movement due to enclosed shower curtain, felt unsanitary brushing against it. Also, older guests could have a difficult time transitioning in/out of tub (need ADA bars on wall next to sink). No counter space for toiletries due to pedestal sink, shelving above toilet worked, but inconvenient. Lastly, must replace wooden toilet seat, flip it up, and months of urine/water has deteriorated underneath side...very unsightly. Unsure if a return visit is in store due to bathroom. If upgrades are made, we will definitely be back. Also, a folding luggage rack would be a nice touch, found us using furniture/bed for our luggage at times. BTW - left a bottle of wine in box for you guys, and my wife found a ring between some towels in laundry room cabinets. She left it on kitchen island w/ note. Best to you...Scott & Katie in Phoenix

We loved our time here- walking distance to downtown and beautiful hiking trails. Nice patio, great kitchen, lovely neighborhood, and incredibly comfortable bed! Definitely recommended, especially for couples.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. Well located to all we wanted to do. Older home that has been recently remodeled in tasteful manner. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend for other couples.

This is a lovely small home, just as advertised. Adorable backyard, updated small kitchen, great location near downtown. As noted in the write up, the shower won’t work for folks with mobility issues.

This adorable cottage on a very quiet street is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and NAU. Well appointed kitchen and gas grill. Made several meals and had every gadget you would need to cook. Plenty of pots and pans, 2 different coffee makers, a blender and toaster. High quality bed and bath linens (and plenty of them). My husband has a bad back and he always woke up with no aches from a poor mattress. Super comfy living room furniture. We stayed for a week and came home fully refreshed and content. This one bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple! Super clean, great historic neighborhood, an easy walk to downtown. We took lots of walk - there are 2 parks very close by - and walked the short distance to downtown restaurants several times. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is as adorable in person as the pictures. The only negative was that the shower was incredibly small and inconvenient to use. The water pressure was very intense and anyone average height or above would struggle to enjoy it.

My wife and I stayed at this VRBO in Flagstaff for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Flagstaff area, and the cottage was perfect for our stay. Pros: The location is incredible, within easy walking distance of downtown and only a couple of blocks from Thorpe Park and the FUTS trail network. After spending a month in Flagstaff, I can confidently say that there is no other part of town I would rather stay in. The cottage itself is great for a couple. It consists of one bedroom with an adjoining full bath, a living room, a kitchen and a small utility room with a stacked washer & dryer. The kitchen is basic but the appliances work well and there is enough cookware ... we cooked almost every night and were always able to manage with what was supplied. The bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Cons: I would not recommend this cottage for more than a couple or maybe a couple with one child, otherwise it would be pretty tight. Cleanliness was generally "OK" but look more closely (window sills, corners and behind furniture) and the cottage would benefit from a deep clean. Note: The shower consists of a shower head and an overhead frame above a freestanding tub, with two shower curtains to provide a full surround. This worked fine for us, though there is some water damage to the floor, so I suspect some other guests may have been less careful than us. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in downtown Flagstaff, I would definitely recommend this cottage. It's charming, comfortable and met our needs very well.

Very sweet and clean. Just as it looks in pics-just smaller but that was ok. No cable or direct tv-so bring your Netflix, etc passwords to log into various app options. Would stay again.

Stayed with my husband and two young children. Perfect size. Went skiing. Great location to the mountain and near a beautiful park. Everyone loved this cozy home. Very quiet neighborhood.
