No smoking The Apres Ski Retreat is a spectacular setting for your Steamboat vacation. The mountain and Yampa Valley views from the balconies and inside this top floor unit are unforgettable. It lives like a single family home (only shared with downstairs rental) and is perfect for multiple and extended families or up to 5 couples (it will comfortably sleep 13 adults). You are right up the hill from the gondola/base area skiing, restaurants, pubs, shopping & more (.7 mile) and a block to free bus route (5 minute bus ride to ski). You enter the unit though the beautifully updated kitchen, which features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is well appointed with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. Connecting the kitchen and the living area is fantastic dining area with a gorgeous wood dining table, 4 chairs and booth seating. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter, offering ample seating, but 2 more chairs and a leaf to extend the table are available if desired. Kick back in the living area and take in the amazing views of the mountains and Yampa Valley, while warming up by the wood fireplace and watching the large flat screen TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating on a sofa, loveseat and recliner. Enjoy outdoor hot tubbing, lounging and dining on the numerous decks around the property. We also have sleds and snowball makers in the garage for you to use during your stay. This cozy, mountain retreat has updated decor, wood doors and trim throughout. There are three bedrooms on the main level. The master suite has a king bed, amazing view and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes both a walk in shower and a seperate tub shower combo as well as two vanities. Bedroom two also has a king bed and fantastic view. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and nice view. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The top floor offers the 2nd living area, the 4th bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The 2nd living area has a large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a bunk bed, full on bottom, twin on top and another full bed and can sleep 5 people. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Attached spacious 1-car garage on the left side of the bottom level, and multiple parking spaces on the left side of the driveway. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. Wonderful property with plenty of space for adults and kids. The 2nd living area/loft/bunkroom was perfect so the kids had an area and the adults could be downstairs. The outdoor wrap around deck with private hot tub was the nicest we have experienced in our many years renting in Steamboat. We only had a couple needs from management while staying and they responded instantly. The view from the deck is UNMATCHED! Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful ski trip with our kids and grandkids. The townhouse was perfect for our group, and was just as advertised. The process was seamless from booking through check-out. We especially loved the hot tub, which was used every evening after a long day of skiing. The views of Yampa Valley were spectacular from inside the unit and from the amazing balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Apres Ski home. The house had everything we would need. The views were beautiful and the hot tub relaxing. Everything was very clean and the property company was very responsive. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Stayed with my daughter and our dogs. Hiked three mile lake and zirkle circle. Condo was our relax spot. Nice location. Walking trail for afternoon walks with dogs.

The unit was lovely, very clean, had everything we needed to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays. So much space, and so many different areas to hang out in. The view, outdoor area and hot tub were great. Close to restaurants and activities. Would 100% stay here again (and again!). This stay was in the summer, so hopefully next time we can check it out in the winter.

The place is spacious and absolutely clean. We had everything we could have wanted and the hot tub was a bonus. I trip checked in on us daily to make sure we had everything. Next time we want to rent the whole building and bring friends with us!

The property was an excellent fit for our family, including two dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great at the end of a ski day to utilize the on property hot tub. The property is close to the base area and a free shuttle bus is very nearby. The heated garage, accessible from inside the unit, was a plus for our vehicles. The property manager was very responsive, including helping us set up a later checkout time.

We celebrated the holidays at Apres Ski Retreat in late January. Very comfortable place with lots of room for a family of 7 to spread out and enjoy one another's company. Well equipped home with lots of amenities including a hot tub. Beautiful views facing west. Perhaps the only complaint is a very steep and hidden driveway that with lots of snow as Steamboat was getting this season was treacherous to navigate. Highly recommend a 4X4 vehicle as our FWD vehicle got stuck twice until I exchanged it for an SUV. Nice heated garage too!

Property was perfect for 8 adults and baby and dog. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. Hot tub and fireplace provided beautiful ambiance after a day on the slopes. Free bus line stop just steps away to get you to the slopes.

This place was very clean and easy to get to. There was more than enough room for me and my family, had a little trouble using the induction appliances because we’re not used to them and we sure got our exercise in with the stairs, lol. But we definitely would stay here again, beautiful home.

This condo was amazing. The place is beautiful. The views are amazing. We came to enjoy my sons baseball tournament & wish we had more time to actually stay IN the condo. The place wasn’t as pricey as I thought it would be considering that it was so big & beautiful. Loved the kitchen. We were able to save money by cooking breakfast & dinner.

We had an amazing weekend at the Apres Ski Retreat!! We actually stayed here for a summer baseball tournament and had a phenomenal trip!! The condo was gorgeous inside and out, stunning views of the mountains and enjoyed the hot tub at night!! Several baseball boys slept upstairs in the loft, which was tons of fun, but it does get pretty hot in the summer (even with AC all the way down and four fans on high….Tried opening all the windows to let the cool mountain air in but still pretty toasty upstairs.) I’m sure it is the perfect temp in the winter!! The condo is on the third floor, which allows for the spectacular views, but just a heads up, there is no elevator to haul luggage and coolers upstairs. We didn’t mind the extra work out though!! Grateful for the memories made at the Apres Ski Retreat!!

This had great proximity to skiing. The inside was very nice, with great kitchen and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub after skiing! Everything was very clean. Our only bit of feedback was that the radiator in the master bedroom made loud clanging sounds that woke us up at 5 AM. In addition, someone came to plow the driveway at 6 AM, and the beeping every 10 seconds or so over a 10-minute period when the Caterpillar plow would back up woke us up as well. We definitely appreciate the plowing but with the amount of noise generated by the beeping, we would have appreciated if they could have started later in the morning, like 7 or 8 AM. 6 AM is too early.

Wow, This Place Never Dissapoints
We were lucky enough to visit our favorite rental in Steamboat again over Spring Break! You cannot beat the location and the warm comfortable feel of home here! The new refrigerator was a bonus too! There is so much room for all of us and the bonus room upstairs is a fantastic retreat for the teen children in our party. Just minutes from town and the base of the mountain make this place a perfect rental! We will be back again!

Steamboat, dreamboat
Our stay with iTrip in Steamboat Springs was absolutely glorious and we cannot wait to stay there again. The size of the rental was perfect for our large group and the location was prime for getting to the base of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was the ultimate cherry on top after a long day of skiing.
Only cons we experienced were that there was a very loud consistent banging in the pipes in the master bedroom. We were also notified 30 minutes before check-in that the refrigerator in the kitchen had recently gone out so we were not prepared with coolers to keep our food at the correct temp. There was a fridge in the garage but it was inconvenient for the amount of food we brought and it did not feel like it was at the correct temp either.
All in all, we would love to come back once the fridge has been fixed.

Beautiful panoramic views, an impressive hot tub (sometimes the private hot tubs are not much more than large baths - this one was great!), the upstairs space with loft and beds and bath and hangout space was perfect for our ages of kiddos (8, 9, 10) - too young to be out and off on their own, but old enough to want their own space sometimes - this was a perfect perk!
I would have appreciated more comfortable beds. They were not the worst, but definitely not the best. That’s my only critique- everything else was wonderful and the experience was well managed by staff. We also loved that we were able to bake and make meals together - really great spot for entertaining your family and just being together and relaxing. Plus, we really appreciated that there were some items we forgot - like vanilla and sea salt - really thoughtful hosts.

Birthday Trip at the Apres Ski Condo
This was a great condo. The views and the hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only downside/fault we found was that there was a remnant of cat urine smell in the upstairs loft area, but we didn’t spend much time up there.
