the view of the castle. the location put you right in the sites area. Bed was great . Lots of space.
The 44 steps up but there was good steps and a railings. Carrying large suitcase could be a problem.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a very central location, close to the amazing Grassmarket. Also good wifi and a well-equipped kitchen.
Access was not so easy, with many steps up or down to the apartment building from the nearest streets with vehicle access, and then more steps up to the apartment. Also a few things in the apartment itself could be improved - e.g. the old TV and some faulty things in the bathroom. These things were disappointing, given the price we paid.

Central location and as a top floor flat was quite. It was open and airy, well fitted out kitchen and plenty of storage space. Checking in and checking out procedure really straightforward, as for the instructions to get into the flat.
Carpets need replacing and could do with a simple repaint refresh

Great location.
The apartment is very tired.
It could do with a deep clean, decorating and update.
The hall area is awful
