About this house rental

Nestled in Broadkill Beach, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Sit back and relax in our family friendly/Pet friendly home on Broadkill Beach. It is the third house back from the beach and is a very short walk. You will not find crowds here on Broadkill beach. Once on the beach you will feel like it's your own private beach. Enjoy fishing, sand and water fun! Upon entering our home you will walk into an open concept living space. To your left will be the family room equipped with a Big Screen TV and DVD player. There are dozens of DVD's in the upstairs and downstairs entertainment centers from Kids movies to Adult movies. To the Right is the Downstairs Master bedroom with a King Bed. The downstairs bedroom has access to the downstairs bathroom. To finish out the downstairs you have the Dining room and open kitchen. The kitchen has a new island for bonus counter space. The appliances have all been updated to stainless steel. Walking down the hall to the bathroom will be the laundry room on the left hand side. We have a screened in porch off of the family room which has outdoor dining table and the grill. As you walk upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a den and two additional bathrooms. The second bedroom is a kids bedroom that consists of 2 twin over full bunk beds. In the closet you will find all kids toys, girls and boys for entertaining the little ones. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with twin daybed and trundle. The second bath has a double vanity and was recently updated, The third bath was added in the spring of 2019. The last room upstairs is the Den which leads to the upstairs deck for sunbathing or just sitting out and enjoying the water views. You will also find ample games and puzzles in the den. The garage has all of the Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, toys, floats, beach umbrella and bicycles. There are kids bikes as you will see in the pictures and 2 adult bikes for you to enjoy nice long bike rides on Broadkill Beach. Don't forget your helmets! There is also an outside shower. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your relaxing time at our home. Dog friendly property (ONE-40 pound max) with non-refundable fee and signed addendum. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home, exactly as described on the rental site. It fit our group of seven perfectly. I particularly like the three porches, two which were screened. The kitchen had everything one could think of ever needing. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic time! The place was spotless and well-stocked, with essentials to cook with. Plenty of room, tons of games, and things to do for the kids at the house and the beach. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience overall was good. One of the trundles was broken upon arrival but maintenance was sent out and made it sleep-able. The only other downside was that the couch has seen better days in the main living area and the outdoor cushions for the table/chains could also be replaced. Overall, very pleased with our stay, loved the updated front deck and additional screened in porch area as well as the replaced outdoor shower. Also loved the beach toys, paddle board, and kayaks as well as the ping pong table and bikes for some bonus fun.

This house is amazing, we are already booking for next year! Has everything you need for an excellent stay for all ages. All items needed at beach are included, bikes, chairs, rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong table. Layout works great for large families. I can’t say enough about how nice home is. We will be back next June for 1-2 weeks ! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!!

The house was beautiful, well-equipped and close to the beach. Check in and out was so easy! Last year it was an ordeal. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone friendly. We were relived to get to take the dogs.

Loved our week at 7 Louisiana Avenue! Absolutely beautiful home that was immaculately clean. Beds were all incredibly comfortable and A/C worked amazing upstairs and down in 90 degree humid weather. Just a few steps to an incredibly beautiful beach with only a handful of people in sight at any one time. Extremely dog friendly as well. Incredibly impressed with Gallo Realty as well- super organized, friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around!

We have finally found the perfect beach house for our family - 6 adults, 4 young kids. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the huge bedroom with two bunk beds made the 4 boys happy. Great screened-in porch and big kitchen! Looking forward to next summer!!!

We all loved the house. I felt like I was at home the whole time we were away from our home. Very relaxing. There are a lot of stairs. The beach was a little rough to get to. If you are walking to the beach wear sturdy shoes. The sand is burning hot. Once on the beach it was fantastic. Thank you for a great 4 days. ❤⛵🤗
