It’s near to beach
Too costly . Beds are not sufficient for kids especially two kids sofa bed was not comfortable at all

Perfect location, meters from the beach with direct access . Very well maintained condominium , great outdoor shower to wash the sand. Good size apartment, great outdoor terrace.
Cleanliness needs improvement, especially on bathroom and outside terrace, both are easy to be done. In addition , terrace furniture needs some update, is rusted and some places dangerous for kids. Couch was broken, with additional mattress was comfortable enough but screeching . At this level is not a luxury.

Front row to the ocean, extremely nice and long beach, very quiet area, little shop in the building, many bus connections within 5 minutes walking distance, beach chairs provided in the apartment.
Furniture a bit old, cheap and run down - could be a bite more nicely decorated. Light is terribly bright and artificial.
