Out the back there is a secluded area with outdoor setting, BBQ, and sea views with drive through capabilities which will help with boating and trailers.

Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the hotel, general store, basket courts, skate park, jetty, breakwater and playground. A short drive to Brownes Bay for surfing, scenic Nelson on the river or the city of Mount Gambier, or if you feel like venturing further afield and like your wines the famous Coonawarra wine region is only an hour away.
