Located in Satellite Beach, this attractive condo for $141 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Paradise Beach Club 108 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! At Paradise Beach Club you will quickly realize why the area is a favourite vacation destination in Florida. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is right outside your unit along with convenient access to the beach just steps away. You can sit back and watch the kids swim, or simply enjoy the views of the pool and ocean from the comfort of your patio. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements (not a sleeper sofa). There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish). Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two on-site washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. The Paradise Beach Club does not disappoint. It's the perfect place to unwind. I enjoyed waking up and seeing the sunrise while sipping my coffee on the pool deck. Later I ventured down the step right onto the beach for a walk and admiring/collecting all the beautiful sea shells.

Everything you need is provided in the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Great location. Pool is clean. Lots of shells in the sand to collect. No noise after 10 pm. Great weather in January. Pool water was warm enough for my wife. Ocean water was warm enough for me. I would stay at this unit again.
BEWARE!! There are large rocks, coral, concrete, (something) in the shallow ocean at low tide. Just a heads up.

Everything about our vacation was amazing. The condo was everything we were hoping for. Being on the first floor with the pool right outside our door was so convenient. The property manager emailed and checked on us a couple of times which I thought was awesome.

All it would need would be paint and a few minor updates. Our microwave didn't work-But when we called they offered someone to fix it right away.
There were lots of stray cats that our neighbors/manager had. It felt a little dirty and she wasn't so pleasant. But again, all and all we had a good family vacation. I would maybe just pick a different unit in the complex.

We had to find a place to crash for 3 weeks before our house was ready. This place popped up as an option and it was perfect for us. Owners were awesome communicators, property had great people working for them. Conveniently located to 404 and grocery stores. Perfect to just walk out back and walk right to the pool or beach. Definitely would recommend!

Great relaxing family time
We had ground floor walk out access to the pool and right down the stairs to the beach. Our dogs could sit in our fenced in patio area with us which they loved. Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Fenced in doggy areas for them to go potty which is so nice because it is safe for them to b off their leash and run around . Very friendly people. Outdoor grilling areas. Great time was difficult to leave. This is our second Christmas at this property. C u next year.

Potential
This property has the potential to be the best vacation spot possible for families. It has a very nice floorplan inside and is steps away from the warm pool and white sand beach. Although, the onsite manager sits on her surveillance camera waiting to pounce on any opportunity. She does not see her position as one to welcome guests, rather to catch them doing anything wrong so she can belittle them and call them names. They were not available in the office.

The facility was very clean and had every thing that you would need for your holiday - the pool and beach would steps ways from our room and even got to witness a launch of a rocket at night from Cape Canaveral - great experience - thanks

Fabulous location!
We loved being able to walk out the door and swim in the beautiful, warm pool. Just steps beyond the pool, we could take long walks on the beach. Then, we enjoyed relaxing in our nicely appointed room. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great time
We loved the condo we rented. Plenty of space for our small group, being on ground level next to pool and beach was really convenient. Having Dunkin’ Donuts and Publix across the street was also nice. We will stay here again.

Wonderful property
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was perfectly located on the beach yet close enough to towns to walk around in the evenings, grab dinner, etc. Our condo overlooked the pool, which overlooked the beautiful beach. Many families were there enjoying the water. The pool was clean and warm, grills were wonderful, publix right across the street. We brought our pups so having the 2 dog parks on site was a big help. Quiet at night which we like. The condo has everything we needed including chairs, surf boeards, beach towels, etc. We will be back next year.

relaxing family vacation
We had a wonderful time in our 7 night stay in unit #108! The pool was steps away from our sliding door and the beach was just beyond that. We had a patio set right in front of our condo and there were other pool chairs that we never had to wait for. The layout and space of the condo was plenty roomy enough for our family of 4. Dunkin' Donuts and the grocery store were right across the street and there were plenty of restaurants near by. Thank you Drew! We will definitely book this unit again!

Great dog friendly beach vacation rental
This is a terrific unit/condo to stay . We enjoyed every minute. Totally relaxing and fun to stay. We were directly on the beach and also the pool. Can't ask for too much more than that, except the added benefit of being pet friendly with their own doggie area. The unit had all the conveniences of home. Close to food shopping, restaurants, retail as well. We had a wonderful time. Management was very helpful as well. Will be back!
