There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
๐พ Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive awayโperfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

My only regret was not booking a longer stay. This unit was fantastic, especially the easy access, and the ocean views. I also liked that it came stocked with some useful beach items and some kitchen sundries. We brought our dog on her first trip to the beach and she loved it too. The dog waking stations were great and the dog beach was very close. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The proximity of our room to the beach was amazing! We took a few steps off our porch, and we were at the beach access. The view was nice and the room was clean. The washer and dryer were a plus!

Loved the location and very nice place. My only complaint is that the beds not very comfortable. Also, they do allow pets but wouldnโt call it pet friendly. You canโt let your dog out in the grassy areas or on the beach. Literally only allowed to be in the fenced in dog โpottyโ park. Would have enjoyed taking our dog on morning sunrise walks on the beach.
