About this condo rental
Situated in Satellite Beach, this attractive condo for $146 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Paradise Beach Club 215 is proudly managed by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony. This large beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation getaway. The condo is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony off the main floor. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent oceanfront views from your master bedroom. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large plasma TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and a queen sized air mattress if needed. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available. Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years. This property was perfect for us and our Portuguese WaterDog. Very pet friendly. Not allowed to take the dog on Satellite Beach however a dog beach is a 5 minute drive and very receptive to dog families.
The view of the ocean from the unit was excellent. We were glad there was no construction next door because that would have been annoying and the noise would have scared our dog.
Needed to use dehumidifier daily to prevent dampness to air and clothes.
Fire alarm went off twice from steam in upstairs bathroom shower. The manager was very quick to answer emails to help us sort this out.
My 25 year old daughter enjoyed her stay with us.
Great restaurants nearby where you can take a dog to the patio. Especially enjoyed Cadillac Cafe and Frigates. ( amazing patio)

Our stay was exactly as we hoped. The gorgeous view from the upstairs master bedroom and the downstairs living room/patio is breathtaking. The beach area isnt at all crowded. We loved dealing with Taylor. She was wonderful.

We love Paradise Beach Club. We have stayed here a couple of times and have always hated to leave. We are already planning our next trip. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is in a peaceful area and convenient to everything. The views are amazing! Love, love, love!

Came to Florida to visit family and meet great grandaughter!!! We all loved the unit. We also celebrated my great grandson's 10th birthday and he informed us that he would sleep in the bedroom with the oceanview! Would stay there again when visiting family there!!!

Great condo, great property and great amenities. I will start by saying the unit and the property are very clean. I usually spend the 1st hour or two cleaning units we rent because I'm a germaphobe. I didn't feel the need to do that here, so a quick disinfection of the main surfaces (only for peace of mind) which took me about 3 minutes was all that I did. Taylor was awesome and responsive. I didn't run into any issues that required I contact the rental company, but I did have to contact Taylor because I messed up and she politely fixed my error immediately. She is extremely friendly and helpful. They do provide some things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, garbage bags, USB ports everywhere which was appreciated. A big bonus - they don't make you clean the entire unit (after paying a cleaning fee) as most places are starting to do. Instead they ask you take out the trash if you are able. This is a huge deal to us, as getting up at 5am to clean a condo before heading to the airport is the worst. The heated pool is great and the beach access is awesome. We accessed both daily in addition to playing a lot of shuffle board (don't laugh, it's so fun!) The other guests on the property were friendly and we even met a couple families we hung out with on the beach or around the pool a couple of times. We had no issues with others being too loud or disruptive. I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a great week and will be renting here again.

Place was very nice and clean. Only complaint is that kitchen was not well stocked. Property manager, Jerry, was friendly and did a great job keeping the property ship shape.

We loved our time at this property. The view from the balcony was lovely and not in full sun. Easy walk down to the beach. Very well appointed and spacious unit.

Room 215 was very nice. I love that the balcony looks out over the beach and that it was only 90 steps from the door to the sand!!! That is what I came for, that and the relaxation. The Paradise Beach Resort has always been clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay in Club 215. The condo had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. We used the beach equipment nearly every day! The grounds and building were clean and neatly kept and the pool was great. We spent every morning on our balcony drinking coffee as the sun came up over the ocean - paradise! The area was laid back without all the hustle and stress of the hard traveled tourist areas so we really enjoyed that. Being pet friendly was also a huge plus! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We even got in a game or two of shuffleboard with some of our neighbors! The only slight criticism I have is the beach has a lot of trash that washes up (not sure if this is commonplace or just occurred during our stay) and it's not cleaned up. Other guests also complained about it and we self appointed ourselves to pick up trash, which made it much nicer. If there was a trash receptacle of some sort on the beach it would make it easier to dispose of picked up refuse rather than taking it all the way back to the dumpsters. Other than that we had a great time and definitely would visit again.

Had a relaxing time.
We really enjoyed our time on Satellite Beach. It is not a fancy resort but the price was right, it was clean, area felt safe, and you are steps from the beach. Beautiful view. It is hard to find a decent place that will allow a bigger dog, thank you for allowing them! I couldn't tell dogs were allowed, well kept condo. We were there in late September, there were less than 10 people on the beach near us. Several fun restaurants within just a mile or two. I am ready to go back already.
