Cute and tidy. Close to everything you come to NOLA for. Perfect for 3-4 adults. Would love to come back some time.

Great location across the street from House of Blues. Easy walk to everything. Although the street is loud, with the windows closed, you don’t hear it at all. You will get a great night sleep in a lovely condo. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and properly stocked. Easy check in and check out. Noisy in the living room but ok in bedrooms. One bedroom had w fan that you could not have on unless the light was on too which was a bummer when keeping at night. Other than that, everything was good. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the middle of the French Quarter.

We had two couples and we spent a week in the French Quarter. This condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to most places. Contact with management was prompt. We would recommend staying here. It could get quite noisy with the street noise. But you can't hear the noise in the bedrooms. All in all we werevery happy with this condo! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s in the heart of the French District. Walk out the front door of the condo and you’re within walking distance of all the French District activities. We took a street car to the walking tour of the Garden District. So it was a perfect spot for our group. As others have mentioned the living room is loud at night with all the activities outdoors. The bedrooms are quieter but the sound machine that we brought with us made a big difference to help muffle the noise. Two minor changes to improve the experience: provide more than 5 coffee mugs and stock k-cups for the coffee maker. Otherwise the place was great and very clean!

What a wonderful home base for our excursions in NO! Everything was clean and operational, we had everything we needed. Despite being right across the street from the House of Blues the bedrooms were quiet and the beds/pillows were super comfortable! Everything was within walking distance and when we come back we won’t be wasting money on a rental car. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very attractive and very comfortable. The owner responded to our one phone call immediately (needed ice and a fan)! We were in New Orleans during the most terrible heat wave and still managed to have a great time. Partly due to how nice the rental was. I highly recommend it!

This place was great! We had a party of 5 and it fit us all comfortably. No need for a rental car as there is no parking at the location and everything was within walking distance. We loved it here!!!!!

This property was absolutely amazing. Fantastic location, super clean, and amply spacious. The location was right in the center of where you’d want to be, and the building felt safe and secure. Coordiation to access the unit was seamless, and the communication prior to checking in was excellent. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Only thing to note is be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc.!

This VRBO was the perfect place for our couples trip. It felt safe and secure and extremely clean. The check-in process was very easy and communication was always quick and polite. The location on Decatur was perfect for us to get around the quarter or catch an Uber to places farther away. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The inside was exactly like the pictures and clean. The rooms tucked into the building kept the sounds from the street from bothering you while you slept. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful! Perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage girls. The location was ideal for walking to everything in the French Quarter. The living room/kitchen area at the front of the condo were loud at times because of noise from the street but the bedrooms were quiet.

The location is amazing. Although it can get loud at times with all the parades, but that is what NOLA is all about. The condo was extremely clean and the management was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

The four of us enjoyed staying at the Alibi; we walked to all the venues—from the Frenchman Street jazz clubs, Brennans, Arnauds, the French Market to Jackson Square. We didn’t need our car at all. The Alibi was clean and well-appointed. Although the noise from the clubs was almost deafening in the living room, it was quiet in the bedrooms. I’m not sure how they pulled that off, but the bedroom walls must be extra insulated. We slept well every night despite the all-hours revelry going on outside.

The condo is so close to everything you want to see! Just a short couple minutes walk and you are on Bourbon St or at the Cathedral. We saved so much money walking instead of taking an Uber. The condo is great especially if there are 2 couples. Bathrooms are in each of the rooms. The Mardi Gras parades we saw were close to the condo but just far enough that it was still quiet in the condo. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again when we come back. We were originally going to stay on Bourbon but so glad we stayed here instead!

A clean, comfortable place to stay. Well equipped and secure. A short walk to many French Quarter attractions. Many bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby, but less crazy than much of the quarter. Absolutely no complaints. Enjoyed our stay!
