Charmant hotel in een oude sakebrouwerij. Onze kamer was heel groot met eigen tuin waar we een paar keer herten hebben gespot.
Het niveau van de dienstverlening is er enorm hoog: het personeel spreekt goed Engels en is zeer behulpzaam. Het restaurant van het hotel is een aanrader. We hebben er een 7 gangen diner met sake arrangement gehad. Je krijgt daar waar voor je geld.
Helemaal niks. We vonden alles perfect.

Room was very spacious with a view to the garden where the deer came in to graze. I felt as though I was in a bungalow with my own private garden. Staff were excellent and tried their best to cater to my dietary needs for breakfast although they could not do so for dinner. Very well situated in Nara Machi. Others said that the food was excellent
The walls of the room were very thin so that I could hear the voices of the people in the room next door.However it is a very small hotel and every room is different

Staff amazing
Food impressive and good variety
Very expensive for what it was.
Room had hardly any natural light- 1 small window upstairs.
No facilities in the place, eg no onsen or lounge area.
Had to pay extra for drinks at the meal.
Compared to the rest of the hotels, this lacked amenities and is grossly overpriced.
